Brian and Johnny did a great job for me. Called ahead of time, were in and out quickly, they were very efficient and this was a painless process for me.

They charged me$ 50 to do the carpet in my RV, then when I called them to just extract clean water from a small carpet area around my washer( it overflowed), he tried to charge me 65 for the house call plus $$$ for extraction. When I tried to explain how small the area was, he got really nasty! Will never use again!!! My son used him at Park On Bell, and he'll spread the word as well. If it's an emergency don't call them...update...I had water extraction done for $10.85!

Troy was great to work with. We had a hot water heater fail and water got into our living room. Troy was at my house within an hour of calling and we had fans starting to dry out the water within minutes. He is very professional and excellent to work with. The price for his services ended up being less than 1/3 the cost of another restoration company that gave me my first quote. Would definitely recommend using Zero Limits.
