Not only Maria has been helping me with my house in the Valley, she is also doing me a huge favor and sends her ladies to help me with the second home in Payson. She sends 3-4 people who respect my household rules (no shoes in the house, masks etc.). If I have special requests for that day, I send pictures to Maria with some notes and it gets done every time. No communication with the ladies is necessary which is huge if I'm not home.

Maria's professional housecleaning service has always been welcome in our home. The women who work for the company are courteous and hardworking. Our home gleams when they have finished their polishing and vacuuming.

I am an owner of a multi-plex and airbnb property. We have had consistent pricing and service levels challenges with Maria Professional Cleaning. Per image below, we had Maria professional organization clean one of our long term rentals, however during tenant move in we discovered the unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Long term and airbnb rentals require trust to streamline operational tasks. Cleaning being one of them; these challenges impact profitable and the ability to streamline rental operations.
