Office Keepers does a fantastic job keeping our building clean. They recently cleaned all of our carpet and tile flooring. I've had our carpets cleaned professionally a couple of times before and they have never looked as good as when Office Keepers cleaned them. They are easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any issues. They're management team truly cares about their customers satisfaction.

Keepers Commercial Cleaning has been an amazing company to work with. Their sales process was amazing, with a very professional proposal, but more impressively they have lived up to everything they claimed and promised in that proposal. Our office is kept meticulously clean, and I have guests ask on occasion who our cleaning company is because it's so nicely kept. It took less than 1 hour total to get them set up and going and there has yet to be a day when their crews haven't been there and done a great job. And, on occasion, I have last minute requests for special visitors coming that I didn't know about, and every time Keepers has accommodated those special requests, sometimes on very little notice. They are an amazing company to do business with.

Anyone looking for a cleaning company should definitely go with Keepers. The company as a whole goes above and beyond. Maria who usually does our office cleaning is very thorough and does an amazing job. The regional manager comes for visits to check on how things are going and to check to make sure the cleaning is how it's supposed to be. The front office checks in as well to see if we are still happy with the service and if there are any issues or anything we need above our normal cleaning. Definitely recommend and definitely a 5 star company.

We chose this company not because they were the least expensive (which they were), but they've also got a great system in place for securing the business.

We initially reached out to them for a quote. We had an onsite inspection and a follow up. When we agreed to the bid and set up our service agreement we received an email introducing us to the team that works with us. In addition to the people cleaning our office, we have an account manager to keep in contact with, and have also heard from their director of quality and their director of operations.

Initially, I thought this was too much for a cleaning company and was concerned it would make them very expensive. Not only was my cost assumption untrue, but we also receive a lot of proactive communication from them. I've asked my team here for any feedback and everyone says it has been great.

Our cleaners are Palmira and Brandon and they do a great job. Without them their would be no point for the directors and account managers to reach out. They do a great job cleaning our spaces. They clean once a week and come in to clean our 2 bathrooms, vacuum, sweep the warehouse (mop once a month), and the other little tasks that go along with it.

Myself and the rest of our office is very happy with the level of service we're receiving from the company.
