At 6:45am, at Dunlap and 35th Avenue, this company was trimming trees at an apartment complex. They dropped a massive branch outside of the safety cones they had set up, striking my moving vehicle in a lane of travel. Had the timing been any different, this may have resulted in serious injury or death.
When I stopped to complain to the workers, they told me that since there was not much damage to my car, there was no problem. I left a voicemail at the number listed on their truck, and the workers yelled at me.
Once I was contacted by the office, I was asked what I wanted. I asked that the guy who almost caused my death be fired, and the lady I spoke with told me she would only fire him if I found her a replacement tree climber. I have since had to put in a claim with their insurance for the criminal negligence and dangerous nature of the way they do their job (the person I spoke with said she would do it, but she did not) -
They are a very undependable company I do not recommend them at all they have been in our community for 5 years and just recently they have really been very undependable. It's very disappointing to see the lack of work ethic Hernandez Mesquite Landscaping has shown our community lack of respect to the HOA board of directors when requesting simple things such as trimming the trees in the pool area changing the water schedule on our citrus trees seems to be a more of an effort because it's on a 2 hour timer and it's flooding everywhere I've asked them to change it since the 14th it's the 24th of June and they still haven't. They even screwed down our main shut-off valves and didn't even tell us. They said they were going to trim the trees in the pool area which are burning out our Motors it's been over two weeks and they still haven't gotten to it when they said they would!

I was absolutely disappointed with the service we received from them. They charged me $100 to come take a look at my trees. He was here about 5 minutes and handed me a piece of paper that I could have printed from his website or other sources. Then he wanted to charge me even more money to do any work above showing up. Shouldn’t part of the labor be included in a service call? Maybe I will start up my own tree service if I can make this kind of money. I recommend going on o a local nursery, I had MUCH better results and it supported other local businesses.

I have a queen palm that is having troubles. I had seen several adds of business that would treat trees, but I thought I'd do a little looking around on the internet first before I decided who to call. I found Warner's videos on youtube and he seemed to really care about the trees. I called him and he was able to come very soon thereafter. Besides treating my sick queen palm, he showed me other issues that were going on. He then took the time to educate me on not only my queen palms, but my other trees as well. He gave me the information and resources so that I could treat the trees myself. It was not overwhelming. I now feel that I can give my trees what they need. Warner was very kind and patient with me. He went the extra mile to help me. I was right, he not only cares about the trees, he cares about his customers. I would definitely call him again if and when there is a need.

Would definitely not recommend this company. Came out to the house in May to look at a Palo Verde tree of ours that was dripping a lot of sap. Charged us $380 to drill a couple holes in the tree and inject some insecticide. Gave us instructions to put insecticide around the tree a few more times at an additional cost of $150. 5 months later the tree is still dripping the same amount of sap and is now looking unhealthy. $530 would've been better spent having the tree removed.

Warner’s Tree Surgery is a family business. Our business consists of me Pat, I manages the office and answers the phones and my husband- Warner Working.
I watch my husband Warner spend many hours a month adding to the knowledge that he has acquired about tree disease, over the last 50 years and over the years he has literally helped thousands of people with their tree problems especially citrus trees. -
Warner saved our thorny Palo Verde tree in North Central Phoenix. Being new to the area we are still learning how to care for the local foliage. Our Verde tree that provides a lot of shade suddenly dropped all it's leaves. Warner diagnosed and treated the cause and within two weeks our Verde is full green with beautiful yellow blossoms. Thank you Warner and Pat.

Warner's Tree Service is not to be trusted. Warner is only interested in doing the least amount of work and getting paid, he does not care about your tree's and plants and certainly does not care about you! Warner killed 2 large pine tree's on my property with his neglectful treatment of injecting a chemical into my tree's. After killing my tree's I requested a follow up meeting with him and he refused to meet with me. He has no certification as an arbor specialist, he is not licenced, insured or bonded company. He is not registered with the better business bureau or the chamber of commerce. Stay as far away from this guy as possible, do not use his service, you will be sorry!

Warner saved 5 citrus trees in my yard that were in bad shape - lots of dead leaves and bare branches. A few months after his treatment, they look better than ever before. Warner has a great depth of knowledge about insects & disease that impact citrus and other trees. Warner took the time to outline a simple on-going treatment plan that I can do myself to keep the trees in excellent shape. Thanks Warner!

We recently had Warner come to our house because several of our citrus trees were getting sickly, dying sections, bad looking fruit, etc. We have 14 citrus trees we planted 20 years ago. They were always healthy and productive. Warner explained what was causing the problem. He treated our trees and gave us some addition things to do. He charged a fair price for his services. I recommend him very highly.

I called Warner's Tree for diagnosis of a "sick" grapefruit tree. I was told on the phone the charge to come out would be $100, which was non-refundable but which would be applied to the cost for treatment/service on the tree if it was recommended. There was no mention of how much the treatment would cost (or the fact that most of the treatment would be performed by me!). Warner's gave diagnosis of white ash fly disease, gave me a few sheets with instructions as to what I needed to purchase on Amazon, how it needed to be applied and when (several applications in the fall). He also said he could "treat" the tree now to help strengthen it. The charge for that would be $460 (which included the $100 non-refundable fee). I would still need to purchase fertilizer now & apply, and then do all of the other things in the fall, plus have them come back in Nov for an additional $460. He put 4 liquid spikes in the tree - about a 15 minute visit. Nice people, however, I feel they could have given some warning on the phone of the potential expense to treat a sick 35 year old grapefruit tree. I am not saying you shouldn't use Warner's, just giving you a heads-up as to how much this could end up costing you and, in our case, the tree may still die considering its age.

Warner came to evaluate my palo verde tree...a very old large tree that was leaking sap. He treated the tree and gave me further instructions which I followed about 2 months after his visit. The initial treatment Warner performed stopped the sap leaking and now the tree is in perfect health. He is a very knowledgeable man and well worth the cost for his services and information.
