So glad we have chosen Arbor Craft. Javier and Luis did a beautiful job trimming our Fruitless Olive and Acacia trees. These pros were on time, efficient and meticulous.

This is the second time I’ve used ArborCraft. Ronnie and his crew did a great job servicing and thinning my tree. The entire team was very polite and extremely professional while perfectly cleaning up. Will be recommending!

Have had ArborCraft out to work on our trees twice over the past two years. Both times they did great work. They listened carefully to what we asked for and delivered. Cleanup was great and they were very careful around our plantings!

I would highly recommend Arbor Craft Tree Service, this company is consistently great. Starting with Patricia, the scheduler and Ronnie the estimator, they always remember me. They know l always have special requests and they follow through to make sure I'm happy with the work...I always request Miguel and his crew he knows the way I want my trees to look. He makes sure I'm happy and his clean up is the best I've ever seen... I can't say enough good things about the whole crew...they are awesome. My yard looks fantastic.

We had a very large pine tree that died from pine blight. 40 ft tall 3 ft in diameter. Got several quotes. ArborCraft out and talked to us, the estimater was very polite and answered all wife's questions. Got a written estimate broken out by the process. I signed the contract, no deposit required, only paid when the job was complete. They kept in contact during the whole process. Got email and text updates. The crew showed up on time! Worked almost 3 hours, non stop. Took extreme care not to damage our property or the city street/sidewalk. Cleaned up to the LAST pine needle. The crew lead, Migel, walked the jobsite with me and wanted to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!! GREAT JOB!

I have been a client of ArborCraft since 2019. They have always done a good job and at a fair price. The last visit, Miguel & crew trimmed 2 trees, removed a small palm stump, and cleaned the roof that was covered with debris from aforementioned trees. They were great about communicating a change in time. I will be sure to ask for Miguel next year. Everything was easy, from scheduling, to estimation, to work completed. Thank you, everyone!

I was looking for a company to property line 2 large ficus trees that were overgrown in our neighbor's yard and dropping leaves and such into our pool.

I saw this company had over 80 5-star reviews on Google so I went to their website to fill out a contact me. They called and left a message. When I tried to call back the person picked up and it sounded like the phone was in their pocket and it hung up. So I decided to text them. They were able to send someone out to do an estimate with no contact (which was great).

After receiving the estimate (which was very reasonable) I tried to reply to their email to hire them. After not hearing back I again decided to text them. They told me they would reach out to get me on their schedule. A couple days later they scheduled it.

The 3 guys arrived in 3 different trucks. They rang the bell and had me come out to tell them what to do (which was pretty self-explanatory but ok). So I tell them we were property lining the trees. The quote said they would be using ladders and a pole pruners. Instead they had a guy standing on top of the block wall with a chainsaw. Not exactly safe. They were letting branches fall and could have done damage to my pool decking. It did not, but it was seemed pretty rushed.

The guys left and I go out to check the work. They only did half of the second tree (see pictures). I called their office and they didn't answer. The office person calls back and I explain what is going on. I text her some pictures as evidence and she calls the guys to come back. They seemed pretty annoyed. They finish the second tree and then knock on the door for me to come sign off (not exactly no/low contact with covid 19 situation).

I notice that they did not clean up the pool (they blew a bunch of leaves into it). The office person tells me that a clean up crew comes behind the trimmers to clean up the yard. Ok great. They do not show up. I asked when they would be out (we have dogs so I was trying to ensure the dogs were not outside when they were going to show up). This proceeds for a couple days (see photos for screenshots) of the conversation. I tell them nevermind on cleaning up my pool as our pool guy will be here and then she tells me that I signed off and didn't say anything about the leaves in the pool - basically blaming me (this is after they told me there was a clean up crew coming separately). I also noticed their "blowing the leaves" involved blowing all the old leaves behind the pool equipment area.

The entire interaction was pretty unprofessional. I would not hire them again. But if you are looking for a quick turnaround and good value feel free to hire them for yourself.

I hired them to slightly thin and raise my Tipu trees to 4ft from the ground. I have groomed the trees for 4yrs to be shade for my backyard pond. They butchered to trees to 7-10ft and severely thinned above that rendering the pond useless in the foreseeable future due to now having direct sunlight all day. The "arborists" also dropped branches into my neighbor's yard & left them.

Arborcraft Tree Services is the BEST! Patricia is right on top of the Scheduling very accommodating with our schedule. Ronnie was right on time with the Estimate and very reasonable with his pricing. Miguel and his crew were on time and trimmed our five large mesquite trees and cleaned up better than anyone we’ve ever used! We’ll definitely be using their services again! We Highly Recommend Them! I hired them to prune the 3 small trees at my house which are 1 year old and maybe 10' tall. No show on the scheduled day but they called the next day to rebook and did show on time for that. The pruning took them less than 10 minutes and seems to be a good job. My mistake was being naive and agreeing to pay $300 for this. Confirmed with customer service afterwards that prices are fixed on the job type and not the length of time it takes. I get that and understand there are fixed costs, but I still feel ripped off. I'm sure they are great for full size trees based on the other reviews here and I have paid my bill as agreed, but I will be looking elsewhere until my trees reach that size.

Update: the owner reached out quickly upon my posting this review and has reimbursed me and apologized for the poor job.

I have ten arborvitae trees over 50 years old. I signed a contract with their "arborist" who came out, contracted to top the trees 3 ft and raise the canopy to 8 ft. A crew I couldn't communicate with came out without the "arborist" or any sense of what the contact said. A young man with a long blade started lopping off limbs haphazardly and this is the result. I called and emailed multiple times to be told by the receptionist her phone hadn't been working to "I'll have the owner get back to you." No response from them in ten months. They have ruined these trees and one appears to be dying. See pics. (The last two are from a previous trim done correctly).

Most recently, the team was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through everything they did and left the space spotless after finishing up. Thank you to Crew 2 for coming out so quickly. Ronnie's team did an excellent job on my overgrown mesquite tree as well as the 2 mulga's and Texas Ebony. Fairly priced and the team did a great clean up job as well. We just started using Arborcraft last year and will continue to have them service our trees. ArborCraft did a wonderful job removing 2 very overgrown willow trees and a mesquite tree that was growing/leaning over my roofline. Clayton is very professional, knowledgeable and gave me a very detailed quote to perform the work. The crew showed up early, got to work and were also extremely professional and respectful. Thanks Ronnie, Anthony & Lenny for doing such a fantastic job, and thank you Clayton for running such a reputable company with employees who really show pride in their work. I would recommend ArborCraft to anyone looking for professional tree trimming and/or removal. (Their prices were extremely competitive as well!)

We had at least 3 other companies quote for services. None of them compare fair quotes and customer service. I have used ArborCraft for tree trimming and maintenance on several occasions. Due to storms needed to remove several large trees. Having used this company more than a few times, they are a top-notch company for a very selective customer. Patricia that runs the office goes above and beyond to assist with what is needed and gets you on the schedule pronto. The crews are professional, efficient and always leave the yard just as clean as before they arrived. You cannot tell there were trees there! Used Crew 2 (Ronnie & Isaac) on last visit and they were awesome. And Burt the arborist is great as well. I recommend them to anyone asking about tree service and would use them again. Thank you to a phenomenal company and a very happy customer!

Arborcraft Tree service was professional, prompt and reasonably priced. The staff pruned and shaped my older trees and my newer ones. Thinned them a little also. They arrived on time and were very kind. I had a very good experience with ArborCraft Tree Service.

I had a very large 5 ft stump left over from a massive dead eucalyptus tree I had cut down a couple years ago. Finally sick of the eyesore of the stump I requested quotes via Yelp to fully remove & grind the stump. I received several quotes ranging from $250 to $600. Clayton from ArborCraft Tree service was one of the first to respond & had the best price. I was very impressed by the way his office reached out to me with the quote & got me scheduled as soon as they could. The crew called to let me know when they were appx 30 min away from me & they were ahead of schedule. When the crew arrived they realized that they had the wrong size grinder as the stump was massive. Ronnie, with the crew, told me they would still cut it down but another crew would come a grind it down. The crew ended up coming the following business day, as promised, & did such an amazing job you can’t even tell there was a stump there before. Through the entire process they honored the original quote I was given, even though this stump was perhaps more problematic than Clayton anticipated on the front end. Bravo!!! Call this company with confidence! They were above & beyond impressive!

I thought by the initial consult I'd be paying for an arborist to trim my tree but on the day of work I only saw what appeared to be an ex convict and about 10 non english speakers. I feel duped into paying for one thing but receiving another... which would have cost me a lot less had I stopped by home depot with a translation app to communicate.

Awesome experience! Robert and his team are seriously efficient. They took care of a tree removal and a trim for me, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend them if you need tree work done.

Luis and Gustavo did a great job of thinning and pruning 2 trees on my property. Arrived on time, were courteous and efficient and removed all debris. Happy to have found ArborCraft Tree Service and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

3/2025 Update: I had the team come out to my Dad’s townhome to cut down a tree that encroaches on the side of house. They quickly provided a quote and scheduled the cutting down and stump grinding. It was quick and awesome. They are my go to for trees. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Shamel Ash tree was losing bark, roots lifted the block fence over time, and was really sick. Burt came by to provide a recommendation and estimate. We agreed that the tree was in need of removal. The quote was extremely reasonable and I had it in my inbox before we left the backyard. I booked their services and they came today like a "green" tornado and in 1 hour Ronnie's team made everything better. The team was amazing to watch! They left everything better than it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend them. I chose them because of the wonderful reviews. I was not disappointed. I would give them more stars if possible. From the office staff, estimate staff and the team who did the heavy lifting....I was impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, overall kindness and communication. It is nice to know that there are still companies who a personal stake in the work.
