I had a dried paint puddle stuck to a closet door. You couldn't even open the door. Arizona Best Carpet Care unstuck the door, repaired and replaced the carpet. They did an amazing job for this unusual situation.

They were thorough and explained what they were doing. They repaired carpet and did carpet cleaning for me. They showed up on time. They accommodated my odd schedule. You need to make sure you confirm with them when they send a text. Very nice people and easy to work with.

This company is amazing! They were so responsive, professional, and scheduled me so quickly. They came out to repair a burned section of carpet in my house and, honestly, the work is immaculate. You can hardly tell that anything happened! They surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.

It has been a WONDERFUL experience working with Clint regarding our carpet!! We had to get the carpet stretched and also got it cleaned. He is very professional, VERY kind, was in constant communication with me, he did excellent work and went above and beyond in so many aspects!!! I can't say enough good things!! I will DEFINITELY use them if I ever need help again!!

Very unprofessional. I hired them for pet odor and urine cleanup. On the scheduled service day, the owner arrived, was rude, claimed there was too much back and forth, and left without performing the service. Which is crazy because the unit was kept empty, specifically for service that day, and I had cash in hand to pay him. Walking away on the day of left me in a stressful position having to find a replacement last minute. I would not recommend- go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day 🫠

EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead.
Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.

We have been using this Husband & wife a few times (I don’t normally review unless they really deserve it) and they come through on every promise, every time and they definitely give off the “we love you human being” type vibe with a dash of confidence because they truly do great repairs!! They have done stretching, patching, cleaning and so much more, they are a great team, I definitely am overwhelmed by their service. THANK YOU CLINT AND JENN!!!

Clint has done an impeccable job taking care of our floors, tile and carpet. He has even gotten out some mystery stains my kids left behind. Highly recommend him for your flooring needs, he is as genuine as they come!

I had a great experience! After asking for recommendations on Scottsdale Living, I called Arizona’s Best. Clint answered right away and after reviewing my pictures, we set a date to repair and stretch my carpet. Pricing was reasonable and I highly recommend using them!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Clint has been doing repairs to our carpets for a few years now - after our puppies chewed holes in them and scratched them out of their tack strip. I have always been blown away by how kind and knowledgeable Clint and Jennifer are when the time came to get our carpets cleaned, they were one of the companies we considered. We got estimates from several companies in the area and in the end, we decided to go with Arizona’s Best. They were reasonably priced, comparable to the others but I feel like they included so much more in terms of service. We definitely made the right choice! Our carpets were so bad (see pictures) and they really got them looking great for us again. There were pet stains in several places and they pretreated, flushed and then steam cleaned the stains so the carpet almost looked like new again. A few days later and our house doesn’t smelly like dog anymore. No question that Arizona’s Best is the way to go - super responsive, very knowledgeable, honest and straight forward. Clint does an amazing job! Very professional and always leaves the carpets looking and smelling fresh. Any carpet repairs needed he was able to fix. He responded fast and really took care of us. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding work! Did a great job with my upstairs carpets that had not been cleaned in quite some time. They also stretched, cut and reattached carpet in places where it was loose and causing small tripping hazards. Customer service is prompt and Clint and team stand behind their word and their work. Could not be happier and look forward to having them come out again when it’s time for the next cleaning!

I have been working with Clint and Jen for years. I call them my miracle workers. They have saved us from countless carpet replacements over the years. I also refer them to every one of my buyer and seller clients (actually just referred them yesterday) and cannot express how thankful I am to have such an amazing partner. They are fairly priced and do 10x more than most companies out there. If you have a need for carpet cleaning or restoration, do not hesitate. I can't imagine anyone giving them less than 5 stars. For over a decade, we've relied on Clint for our carpet cleaning. This time, he and Jen also handled cleaning our sofas and my recliner. The furniture looks fantastic! We had some flooding on our upstairs floor and the carpet had to get pulled up and the padding removed. Arizona’s Best Carpet was timely, reasonably priced, installed new padding in certain areas, and did a fantastic job putting the carpet back together. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great advice. Would highly recommend!

Arizona’s Best Carpet Care and Restoration is exactly that! The BEST! I have an older home with a small add-on bathroom. We had water damage which developed into a “mold situation”.
