I’ve had cleaners for nearly ten years and Sparkle Haus was the worst! The owner came by first and told me everything they covered as part of the cleaning. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The first “deep cleaning” they missed basic things like wiping down the mirrors, faucets, shower tile and side tables. The owner said one of the girls was having personal issues and sent someone to address what was missed. But the second cleaning was no better. Again they missed basic things like wiping down the dining table and didn’t even mop the kitchen floor! Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.

I have never been so impressed with a cleaning service! My house has never been this clean. The crew was very friendly and so hardworking! You know when you’re getting a good clean when things are actually moved so they could clean under them - not around them. Highly recommend!

We have been using Sparkle Haus for over a year, very very pleased with their work and our house is always well taken care of.

I received a gift certificate for this company so I'm unsure of their rates, but no matter the price, it is WORTH IT. My house truly does "sparkle" and it only took a crew of 2 lovely and pleasant young ladies about 3-4 hours to do a home of about 2000 sq. ft. In addition to normal room cleaning they did window sills, blinds, glass arcadia doors, the gas range top, and polished my kitchen cabinets. My most hated job is dusting, and they even did my multi-level glass bar with a lot of bottles. The floors look great too. I really feel they did more than a "standard" clean. I will definitely be using them again, over and over.

We did a small remodel of our home, replacing 1300 sf of tile. The whole house was full of dust from removing it - from top to bottom. After interviewing many cleaning companies during the adding of new tile Lilia and Sparkle Haus was the best fit for us. She came to the home, gave me a quote, met the pets and gave me details of what they would do. It was very detailed and professional. When she came back with her crew to clean my dusty and dirty home they all spent time with the animals so they felt comfortable around strangers, split up in different areas and cleaned my house SO GOOD. It feels like a brand new home. They did the crown molding, window tracks, everywhere you would think there was dust, they got it. They were all friendly, were professional, and wore masks during their time at our home. I would highly, highly recommend Lilia and her crew to clean your home. I would give them 10

Oh my goodness I am ASTOUNDED by how beautiful my house looks. My first time having my home cleaned professionally, I did a first service deep clean and added fridge and oven. My house is literally spotless down to every nook and cranny I wouldn't have even thought to ask for. The 2 cleaners work HARD today and I am so so happy. If you're on the fence, it is absolutely worth the expense.

Amazing Job! I came home to a beautiful, sparkly clean house. They did our dishes and cleaned the microwave even! I was not expecting that....kind of felt bad about the dishes, I didn't mean for them to do them. The 2 rooms I asked the sparklers to concentrate on were like brand new. I highly recommend! 5 stars!

In response to the company’s review- they were at our home for 3.5 hours. So not only poor service but also not truthful. They did credit my account 11% of the service cost.

While we were in the home they cleaned the upstairs and that was fine. When they came downstairs we went up to change for an event. we left, they left not too long after( someone else was still at home)
The downstairs was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty , top of the refrigerator untouched, kitchen table dirty , window sills dirty, shelves dusty etc. I wouldn’t recommend

Allison's attention to detail rivals a house full of military veterans. She does and continues to teach anyone how things aught to be cleaned. If I want a room to be spic and span, I ask my sister Allison.
