They made an appointment, they were on time quickly and efficiently cleaned my windows beyond belief! They have this piece of equipment that they use that doesn’t leave a spot or a streak on the windows. I will be using them, about every six months to keep my windows sparkly clean.

Horrible experience.. they’re good about getting the commitment but then they don’t know you.. tracks weren’t cleaned on inside, no protective coating, they were out of it, told them 4 times to keep gates shut so dogs wouldn’t get out, they left with one gate wide open and dogs got out.. text them about the service and escape and got no reply back.. after letting them know I want a refund and would be writing a review they now want to come back out.. no thank you just refund so I can go elsewhere.. don’t use them

Good service and windows are very clean. . Cleaned off bugs and went over the large windows twice because of bugs. Professional and good communication. Replaced screens. Moved furniture back into place around windows. . .

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience

I had a very poor experience with this window cleaning company from start to finish. Their communication was extremely bad. They scheduled me for Monday, and nobody showed up until 3:00 PM. I had to call them myself at 1:00 PM to ask where they were, only to be told that their truck/equipment was down. Instead of being proactive and notifying me about the issue, I was the one chasing them.

They eventually arrived at 3:00 PM, clearly rushing, so I refused service and agreed to a reschedule for Tuesday.

When they came the second day, the work quality was unacceptable. They cleaned the windows inside and out, but most of the frames were skipped and still dirty. They also did not clean the upper windows at all—despite having a full week to see the house beforehand and give an appropriate estimate for the entire job.

Unfortunately, this is an unprofessional and inexperienced team. I do not recommend them. For the $450 they charged, you can absolutely find a better company with proper communication, reliability, and workmanship.

The Wizards team was Amazing and the technology is on point from reservation to arrival at your door. The service tech did a great job with the windows, screens and tracks. I highly recommend them!!!

Seriously the best!! I don’t think my windows had ever been cleaned. They had to wash them at least twice! David and Wayne are kind and thorough. Highly recommend!!

Several guys came and did a great job on the house windows. Jesus washed and detailed my car and it looked like new. Also poor washed the patio and drivewY. Very.polite and responsive crew.

David and (Griffin?) washed our windows, and did a great job. They use a sealer that keeps the glass clean for 8 months, and they will come back for free to do touch ups if needed. Our windows are free of all the monsoon dust and streaks, absolutely perfect. The young men worked hard and quickly, were respectful of our property, and charged a very reasonable price. We will be repeat customers!

These guys were in the neighborhood and gave us a good price on exterior window cleaning. The 8month guarantee is fantastic and they truly stand by it. We had a couple windows that needed touch up and they came same day to take care of it. David was great, friendly, and respectful making sure I was pleased with the end results.

Used for my rental property in Scottsdale. Absolute 10/10 showed up on time didn’t absolutely amazing job and will definitely be a customer for life. Grady and david are truly amazing people and do amazing. Young entrepreneurs and doing amazing work.
I cannot say enough good things if you live in the phoenix area about az window wizards. They were a little pricey but WELL worth the extra so I don’t have to deal with any headaches, I have used other companies in the past and they have not done a good job. Glad I found one that is perfect
