This is a great local, family run business. They do detailed, thorough work and take the time to address the concerns of their customers. Honest guys work for them and you can feel confident with them in your home. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for carpet help in the Metro Valley area!

I tried several carpet cleaning companies in Chandler but none came close to the effeciency, proficiency and levels of service as set by these guys at Carpet Medic. Special thanks to Daniel for personally getting involved and loved the after sales call!

Carpet Medic is absolutely AMAZING and their service is SO friendly. Just when I think it is time to rip out the carpet due to kids and dogs, the come and make it look brand new again. They have gotten Paint out of our carpet, unknown Red stains, and left no residue of dog messes. We LOVE them!!!!

They cleaned my 600 sq ft apartment and it appeared that they scrubbed in lines 2 inches apart! The apartment was very clean and they locked the door for me after they finished the morning service whileI was gone at work, just as I requested. I recommended them to my new landlord and they cleaned a 2-storied house very well. They arrived late, however, and should have offered a discount to my landlord in order to keep her business. Since I only paid for my apartment, I was very pleased with them and would use Carpet Medic again.

Dan did a super dooper job cleaning my Dad Don Evans' carpet and tile. It looks cleaner than it has in a long time. He arrived on time, and was very professional. We wish we could rate him higher than five stars. I would highly recommend him!

Initially, I cleaned my carpets with a machine rented from a hardware store. I couldn't get the traffic areas clean. I was lucky to find Carpet Medic. Dan's powerful truck mounted cleaner did the trick. I'm totally satisfied with the results. I, also, appreciated that there were no surprise charges.

We had our carpets and sofa cleaned last week. What a breath of fresh air. We have had 2 other popular companies do the same, but Carpet Medic is by far the BEST. The gentleman who did the work was very cordial and efficient. We will definitely call them next time.

George was on time & did a very good job. He stretched 2 areas before the cleaning & explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He and Zack worked hard and efficiently. Lara was very helpful and easy to work with planning services.

The washing machine leaked, overflowed onto the upstairs carpet and caused a flood in the kitchen! George came by within a couple of hours on a Saturday, set up fans and a dehumidifier. After it all dried out, he sent someone by to patch up the kitchen ceiling, then came by and painted. He then steam cleaned the hallway and stair carpet, and the kitchen floor. It was all excellent work, and now looks like it never happened. I'd definitely recommend them.

My realtor told me I'd have to replace the very dirty carpet at a new house I bought. I thought I'd give carpet cleaning a chance to see if it would help the situation. Network Carpet Cleaners cleaned it and they did such a good job you can't see the dirt anymore! I thought for sure it would be somewhat impossible to remove the dirt but I was wrong. Thank you for doing an excellent job!

We just moved into our new home and had a couple of issues. There was a paint stain in the carpet and an oil stain on the garage floor. The stain in the carpet was cut out and repaired and looks like there was never an issue! The oil stain was cleaned and cleared and the garage floor looks great. I highly recommend them!
