I've been using this company for over 8 years. All I can say is wow, my carpets look amazing. I have a ton of company so needless to say my carpets get very dirty especially in the high traffic areas and this company always make them look so good and new, also they smell amazing. This is the best carpet cleaning company ever. My carpet is 16 years old and Rick can make them look brand new. I've used this company forever. They are also always on time, very reasonably priced and reliable.

I called this morning looking for someone who could get my guest bedroom carpet cleaned right away. Pam answered my call this morning and sent Rick out this afternoon. Rick and his helper came today to clean my spare bedroom. When Rick saw the small job he asked if there were any other rugs to clean. They ended up doing my entry dining and living room rugs too! Rick is the absolute BEST. I have a rowdy puppy that has since grown into a full blown gentle giant of a mutt, but before he could turn into the angel that he is, he had to go through his terrorist phase of ruining, shedding, digging through all of my carpet in my house. Now that he isn’t tearing anything else up but my shoes, I’ve decided to invest in making my home look less like it had been ravaged by a secret untrained monster that I had been hoarding from the public eye.

I called amazing carpets up for a consultation and immediately rick showed that he was not only knowledgeable, trusting, and legit, but he genuinely cared to help me restore my carpets. He came over in a jiffy; I had no problem setting up an appointment with him. He was very flexible with working with my schedule throughout the entire process.

He did an AMAZING job, pun intended! My house looks AMAZING, basically brand new! I can finally have friends over without feeling like a complete loser (and also I can feel comfortable about making them take off their shoes upon entering). Let’s face it: this company not only saved my house but also saved my social life.

I have been using Amazing Carpet Cleaners for the last two years. They REALLY do an amazing job. A few of the things I love most about them is that they are friendly, professional, offer great prices for services, and usually can get you in very quickly. But what really makes them amazing is the level of service you get, they are the best carpet cleaners I've ever used. Stanley Steamer and other cleaners I've used prior left damages to furniture and carpet that dried poorly. I haven't had any of those issues with Amazing Carpet Cleaners, which is why they are the only ones I'll use or recommend.

Rick and his wife Pam are very accommodating very professional, have reasonable prices, fast, efficient, and just good honest people who did an amazing job on my carpet.. the first time Rick came out the carpet looks amazing but a couple of stains came back up, and Rick came out again the second time without charging me! and did all my carpet again and even clean two of my huge space rugs..at no charge.. I even tried to give Rick a tip and he refused to take it. They are good people and I will be using their services again. The carpet in my house is over 20 years old and Rick did an amazing job. There is a reason why all of their reviews are the best around... I won't go with another company again and will refer all my family and friends to Amazing Carpets in Scottsdale,

Amazing Carpet has taken good care of our home for years! Rick and Pam have been such a pleasure to work with…Whenever I have an emergency with puppy accidents or just need the routine cleaning, Rick is there promptly and does a wonderful job! Rick cleaned all my carpet at my store Merle Norman Cosmetics. Rick made sure he got all the makeup stains out of the carpet and making it look splendid. After he was done cleaning my carpet he put all my furniture back the right way. Rick was very friendly and professional. Rick has awesome pricing and was right on time. Rick is great! I've had my carpets and tile done twice by them, and both times it has been absolute perfection. My floors look like new! There's no one better in town. Worst carpet cleaning in my life, i experienced with them. The rude elder guy came and vacuumed and cleaned so quick and left. After carpet dried, the dirt didn't cleaned at all. Not worth it. Never will work with them again
