carnation cleaning has come to my home for over a year. The 2 ladies that come each month are very professional and we love the work they do. Our house always looks so clean and smells so fresh. I would recommend carnation home cleaning to everyone.

The Willow team were attentive to my requests and understanding of my needs, asking "what do you want us to focus on." They did a great job and were done in a fair amount of time

I would like to say the team did a good job. Though the superficial (high level) cleaning was accomplished well, the deep cleaning of the kitchen and other areas of the house really met my expectations.

Unfortunately, not all is good news as my wife was present during the cleaning and pointed out areas that were overlooked by team as they progressed through the home. And when replacing all the toilet seats later the following day, I did find "old" dirt/urine behind and along side of all the toilets. I was under the impression they would be cleaned?

Regardless, the team made a good effort to clean and it's acceptable.

The women who came to clean were efficient, arrived on time, and left the house clean and smelling fresh. We are very pleased with the service they provided and will continue to use Carnation Home Cleaning in the future.

I just used this company for the first time, and I am so greatful. I appreciate that they surpassed my expectations. I felt very comfortable as this was the first service I have ever used. I priced and called other companies that were less then accommodating and pushy, but this staff was great and answered all of my questions. I appreciate the focus on small details, and have never seen my stove so clean without smudge marks. Thank you, and I look forward to using this service.

We had to move my mom very suddenly from AZ to our home in SC because she was unable to take care of herself. Carnation was recommended by the RV resort sales staff. Eugena, the owner, and I had to conduct business long distance. This could have been really difficult but Eugena was outstanding. We coordinated dates; she sent me pics of the work; arranged an unplanned trash and junk pickup; and just plain did what she could to help us.

The resort sales staff confirmed Carnation did a very good job of cleaning my mom's place and is ready to be put on the market.

Hell yes, I would recommend Carnation.

For the price and two people doing the work I expected better. They didn’t touch the dishes, there were only five and some utensils. They only dusted what was eye level. The sweeping and mopping was done well but the corners were missed and there was still paper under my bed. I have a Roomba that I run three times a week so its not like my floors were that bad to begin with. I would have pointed out the things they missed but they left without telling me they were going.

I just had #teamwildflower do their first cleaning at my home. Wow! What a great job these two ladies did from Carnation Home Cleaning. Baseboards, counters, floors, everything looked amazing. I was so worried about getting the right people with so many companies out there. I am glad I chose carnation cleaning

Carnation home cleaning is wonderful! We have Team Saguaro and they always do a great job. I am amazed how much they can get done in a short time frame. Highly recommend!

I'm still saying "WOW." I have used home cleaning services in the past and thought I was somewhat satisfied. Boy, were my expectations out of whack! CARNATION ROCKS MY WORLD and has set the bar very high when it comes to great service! The team that cleaned my home was hard-working, fast and extremely thorough. I work full time AND run my own business, have 3 shedding pugs and 1 hairy cat...cleaning had gotten out of my control. Thanks to Carnation, my home is now spotless and I'm less stressed! They have cleaned my house monthly for over a year! They always do a great job. I am not always home but when I am they always greet me cheerfully. They are very thorough and my house always looks wonderful!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their house or business cleaned!!

I would recommend Carnation Cleaning to anyone! They came to our house and completed a standard cleaning in a couple of hours, way faster than I could, and at a reasonable price. The ladies took off their shoes and wore masks. Great value for the money!! Thank you, Carnation!

We have had our home cleaned by Carnation home cleaning for about the last 6 months. Team Acacia is our cleaning crew that always goes above and beyond when cleaning our home. It's the little things they do that even our children notice and puts a smile on their faces 😃 They always take time to even place their stuffed animals on their beds very creatively, and our children can't wait to see what they will do the next time! We highly recommend this company for iour cleaning needs!!!

My Team Acacia cleaners are wonderful. They are always on time, friendly, and do a great job! I appreciate the extra attention they give to my requests. Shout out to Olivia in the office too as she has always been a pleasure to work with.

I am very pleased with my Carnation crew "Ironwood". They come in and get right to work. They do an excellent job and are very thorough with the cleaning that they do. They have very friendly, positive attitudes, and we feel very comfortable with them doing such a good job cleaning for us.

I’ve been meaning to have my place cleaned for sometime now. I called about 7 other places before I connected with a Chris and Gina. They took their time in speaking with me, answered things that I didn’t even have to ask about (unlike a few of the previous calls), and I just had a good feeling about them. Ely and Jessica came to my place, I let them know what I needed and what areas to leave untouched. They were a very polite and hardworking team! I’m definitely sticking with Carnation. I felt good talking to Chris after the team had left. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Phenomenal. I cannot express how truly wonderful this company is. Gina, who set up the appointment for me last minute for a move out cleaning was beyond sweet, and professional! I stopped by the house while the teams were doing their cleaning, and I can only wish that I would have such a positive attitude while cleaning my house! I highly recommend them for any service they provide and I will never use anybody else in Arizona!

Carnation Home Cleaning has been cleaning our home for over 2 years. We don't get to interact with our cleaning team as they clean while we're at work. However, from the thorough and professional job they do we believe our cleaning team to be honest and hardworking. We're never disappointed when we get home on a cleaning day. The house is squeaky clean. If we request something beyond the ordinary cleaning, it gets done. We've had several companies and individuals clean our home over the years and our satisfaction with Carnation Home Cleaning and their employees could not be greater!

I have been wanting to call for years but have been reluctant because I am very picky on what I want and how to clean. But my hand was forced when I was taken ill. Upon my recovery it was too much for me to handle and to catch up. So one day I just picked up the phone and called. The person on the other line was very helpful and made me feel very content and confident. The morning the team arrived, I was so excited! They were very friendly, made me feel very at ease and answered ALL my suggestions. Believe me, I had a lot being my first time. I left my husband home with them because I had to work and all you women out there knows what that means. Anyway, when I returned home I was so, so, so, very pleased and impressed. My house was back! It not only looked nice it's smelled nice. I would highly recommend them!!!

I have been quite happy with Carnation cleaning services. The only reason I did not given them five stars is because sometimes they cannot come at the appointed time and we try to get out of their way when they are cleaning our home. They are always courteous and friendly. I would recommend them highly.

It was easy to contact them. Staff was friendly. I requested a deep cleaning of my home. After the initial visit, I had to request them come back to take care of issues that weren’t taken care of. Window seals, chandelier, baseboards behind doors. I paid $625 and I feel that for that price there shouldn’t be dirt anywhere. Even after they came back there were still places throughout my house I was not completely satisfied with ( especially the walls, they didn’t wipe them down in all rooms) . I hired this company because of their reviews but I cannot say that I recommend their performance.
