For my ac follow up, Connor, the service tech is the best. He is very respectful, patient and takes time to explain everything in details. It's nice when theres a ac company you can depend on and honest. The prior ac company i had, not so. I would like to have Conner as my assigned ac tech. Thx Comfort Experts!

We were in need of a new HVAC company due to problems/ineptness w our previous company. COMFORT EXPERTS were prompt, courteous, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, willing to show and explain our unit to us. They took time and did not try to oversell us. Our home is now very comfortable and moving forward, we will be using Comfort Experts as well as HIGHLY recommending them to our friends and neighbors. Their responsiveness and turnaround time is AMAZING!

I called Comfort Experts today for a second opinion on an HVAC system repair and was extremely happy with how responsive and professional the team was in quickly getting a technician to evaluate the system and provide a very clear assessment - saving me thousands in repair costs, ultimately charging me nothing since it was a 2nd opinion visit. Excellent customer service! They will be on my speed dial for future HVAC needs!!

Comfort Experts did an excellent job repairing our HVAC system. We had no heat from either of our systems during this cold snap and they came out same day! Bailey was our technician, and he was truly outstanding—kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions and it was clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Professional, trustworthy service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Nathaniel massa and Zachary walker. Two days in a row, I had Comfort guys out for inspections. Central air & heat, and plumbing. Many thanks to both for Explaining things so I can make better decisions. My Rattle I had for a few yrs, Nathaniel Fixed! The patience with all my damn questions was So appreciated by me of Zachary. Both very knowledgeable and polite. Thanks Guys!!

Other than the appointment being from 2-6 p.m. and Chris was told it was 12:00, everything was great. Luckily I finished my appointment early and got back home about 12:20, so it wasn't too bad and he was able to do my tune-up. Service was good, and knowledgeable

Hector did an amazing job!! Was a little disappointed to find out that the tech who previously did work from the company put in the wrong capacitor. But Hector fixed it all.

Update: 8/21/2025

Had them come back as the zone damper was periodically sticking closed. Went ahead and replaced the damper motor. Connor quickly did a good job.

My only frustration was with the lack of transparency in their pricing of the repair. Took some discussion with the owner to better understand the pricing and come to a fair agreement. I wish the HVAC industry was more like auto repair which will quote you the parts and labor separately. Reduced my original 5 star rating down to 4 stars as a result.

This was the second time I used Comfort Experts and I was very impressed with Connor our HVAC tech. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He diagnosed the problem with one of our zone dampers and quickly fixed the issue.

The best part was his level of honesty. When asked if I should pro-actively replace the damper motors given the system was 10 years old, his answer was probably not given they are all working fine based on his testing. Some HVAC companies would have taken advantage of me asking that question to make an extra buck. Well done Connor and Comfort Experts in treating people fairly!
