I had Tim come out to troubleshoot our rooftop a/c unit about a year ago, he suggested a complete replacement as the old one had seen better days, We agreed on a price and the crane and new A/C unit was ordered on the spot, it was delivered and installed the very next day, it really was a hassle free experience. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and friendly you can tell he really cares about his customers and wants to provide the best in customer service, he even offered to come out a year later to recheck the unit to insure that everything is working properly for the coming summer. I no longer need to go looking for a heating and air conditioning company when problems arise Tim and dependable air is our go to from now on. Tim and his team recently replaced a 30+ year old unit on a single family rental. They did a great job of recommending the right brand for the job, and his pricing was the reasonable. The install was neat and thorough. He documented the process with photos for me and was quick to follow up with the warranty paperwork upon completion. Throughout the entire process, communication was honest, forthright and consistent. As a remote owner, having a trusted vendor to address problems is peace of mind. This company truly cares about their customers. On one of our hottest days in Mesa, our a/c went out in the early morning. I called Dependable Air at 5am on a Sunday, they answered right away. I explained what was going on & Tim was out to do the repair just a couple hours later, he explained what needed to be repaired & the cost - which was very reasonable. I want to express my gratitude for coming to our rescue. I highly recommend Dependable Air. I would give them a 10 STAR Rating if I could.

Tim and team at Dependable Air are fantastic! I called last night about my broken AC and spoke with Tim. He personally came out to diagnose and present the options to get us running again. We decided to have our unit replaced and he had his team out first thing the next morning to get it all done! His lead installer Bruce and his teammate were very professional. I was quoted a great price and given excellent communication and service! Give Tim a call - he’ll take care of you!!!

I have used Tim for years.

In my old house I had him check the A/C every spring to make sure it would be OK for the summer. He used to tell me if I replaced the system I would save $100 to $200 per month. I thought “yeh, yeh, right.” Finally after the refrigerant (R22). could not be produced any more, I said yes replace both units. He was right, my electric bills dropped $100 to $200 per month.

I just had him replace the three units in my new house this week. Exelaint as.always.

Tim was the technician that was sent out to inspect our ac system. Tim was very professional and listened patiently as he asked what our concerns were. He checked it out, and came back with the problem. He gave us a couple of options that were not overwhelming and discussed all those options with us. Tim did not pressure us to buy anything or make us feel like we have to make any decisions now. My husband and I did have services done, and it was a much more reasonable price than we expected. I will only give out a review if I feel the service was good. Dependable Air LLC was exceptional! I strongly recommend calling them if you need ac repairs or recommendations. Great, great service

Dependable Air/Tim is the best, he takes care of everything, regular maintenance, repairs, replacements, and emergencies. We've been his customer for over 2 years and will continue to use his services until he retires! He is fast and has fair prices too. Have referred him to friends, family, and neighbors.
