Very helpful very good price I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman that helped me he was extremely helpful and I had a difficult situation.

I used to go there everyday when working for a local HVAC company and no matter what I needed that day, Ferguson had it and the customer service was top notch! I was wondering though, if they sell to the public or if you have to have an account with them. Everytime I've gone there in the past I was buying through the company's account. Now that I'm just a regular Joe Blow, can I still buy miscellaneous supplies, like lineset or contactors? Not like full units, I can understand only selling those to private contractors, but like flex duct and stuff like that.

I buy there frequently as an HVAC contractor. The guys there are great to work with. They typically will only sell to contractors and do whatever it takes to help us find what we need. They are always my first call.

Prices were better for replacing the EVAP cooler pumps and the guys there were awesome with my kids. Answered all of my questions and my kid's questions as well. Great job.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well stocked facility. They usually have just what I need and often thing I didn't know I needed until I was informed of the sales prices. And the have a fountain drink machine. .. what more could a HVAC man need.

It's a place I get my a/c supply.

My experience with Ferguson was very pleasant, nice staff, friendly and outgoing, oh yah free popcorn and soda too.

Though this location and organization is for contractors and/or small business owners, they welcome the "average" homeowner and are there to help.
I come here yearly to purchase my 12x12x1 filters.

Lots of product, good prices but they don't really like to help the DIY little guys. kinda unfriendly! They want the pros, not us little guys.

Caters to professional HVAC people. Offered zero help in guidance at all with Mini-Split install. I understand liability and trying to keep the professional HVAC person employed. But I could have gotten better service and assistance on Amazon.

I found the manager at the Mesa, Main and Valvista store to be rude and unprofessional in my interaction with him.

Overpriced on many things. Too many other suppliers for us to waste our money here.
