When Matt came to check out my air conditioner, he explained what he was going to do, did it efficiently and had a pleasant manner.

Keola was very efficient and professional. He was able to check my system and provide some recommendations. Painless experience that took no more than 30 mins. Great service!

Not happy.
Was told I needed two new air-conditioners and called another company and they discovered one had a bad relay switch at a cost of $75 and another one needed two pounds of Freon. The repairman must be on commission, but this is a small town so word gets around.
No wonder they send all those post cards out advertising for business.
I am out about $60 for a service call and all they intended to do was sell me new units. As a senior citizen, i feel victimized.
Wonder why after reading dozens of reviews on other venues that there is not one case of the company taking responsibility?
