I highly recommend using Fiat, I am so pleased with our experience. Service is always top-notch and friendly, great to work with. Dispatch is always accommodating and understanding. We had been having problems with our A/C unit on and off for a year when we moved into a new house. Both George and Jeremy were phenomenal to work with! Each separately diagnosed issues that contributed largely to our unit struggling. Jeremy especially helped us out when he went out of his way to identify that a part was previously installed improperly, corrected the issue, and returned at least 80% air flow to our home, lowering our power bill since our unit was no longer overworking itself. These are the folks you want working on your A/C in Arizona!

Very professional company - focused on customer service. The call to set up an appointment to check my system was professional and they got me in right away. Jeremy, the technician was knowledgeable and explained everything. I've gotten several maintenance and audits before, but this was definitely the most thorough. They don't just want to sell you a new system - they give you pros and cons of repairing/maintaining and/or buying a new system. It's refreshing to work with a company you can trust!
