Amazing service. Technician took his time and really diagnosed my system. Didn't just try to throw parts at it and rack up my bill. Very friendly and arrived same day. Definitely the only hvac company I will be calling from now on.

Steve (Owner) is probably the most stand-up and honest tradesmen I have ever worked with. Robertson Heating & Cooling has been an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. I had him come in for maintenance on my aging HVAC unit and he went above and beyond. I called him back when I decided it was time to replace my unit and the value, attention to detail, responsiveness and quality exceeded my expectations.

Absolutely thrilled with the work Steve Robertson and his team did taking our 1950s all brick ranch home and replacing 100% of the ductwork and relocating all the components into our attic. He and his team are extremely detail oriented and communicate clearly. At no point did I feel out of the loop and when they finished we could not have been any happier, more pleased with their quality of work. Steve and his team are absolute pros! As a double lung transplant recipient, staying cool in this Arizona heat goes beyond just comfort, it actually is important to my health. Steve helped ensure our system isn’t just running, but running ant peak efficiently. Jos knowledge, professionalism, and communication were top notch from start to finish. Great honest team. Very easy to work with and people you can trust. Not going to rip you off. I highly recommend Steve and his Wife. If you are looking for an AC guy then this is the guy you want.

Made the mistake of calling someone else first to look at my issue. They said couldn't be fixed and quoted me a new system for $15K. Steve came out and got my system running perfectly for under $1,300. I will definitely call him if I need additional repairs or decide to have a new system installed. Family owned so you are not paying for a large advertising budget!
