They were awesome, Debby was such a sweetheart and got people out to us ASAP! It was a life saver, old house with old AC unit. The techs replaced our AC explained thoroughly what was being replaced. Highly recommend.

These guys were so helpful all the way around! When I called in they took the time to ask questions, make sure they understood if it was a job they could do. Then they got us scheduled for the same day. It was a Friday evening, I’m sure it would be a long day for anyone and I just added on another service appointment for a tech who was probably exhausted. But when Richard showed up you would have thought it was his first appointment of the day. He was extremely professional and friendly. He was thorough, took his time and did a great job helping us get back up and running. Thank you for your help!!

Rusty's was a great choice. Friendly technicians. The owner (Rusty) even assisted in my install. On a Saturday! Richard was top notch in the two meetings I had with him. Both guys are hard-working and thorough. Cheaper than SemperFi and Parker and Sons. Great unit at a fair price. One less headache to worry about. I'm glad I went with Rusty's.

Rusty’s Air Conditioning is our new go-to for all our HVAC needs! We needed to replace one of our units, and the pricing we received from Rusty’s was incredibly fair. The technicians that came to replace it were so professional, friendly, and made sure to keep my house clean by wearing booties and keeping their work area tidy. They did a beautiful job with the install- we had another company replace our second unit a few years back and Rusty’s guys did a WAY better job! Everything looks so clean and you can tell they care about their work. Thanks to Sean, Richard, and of course Rusty for a job well done!!

Caden was friendly and professional. Caden was knowledgeable and answered my question regarding a thermostat. Also explained information regarding compressor issue on larger living side. He did make sure work area was clean upon completion of inspection. He did a great job!! He inspected furnace and air conditioner. We have a monthly service plan which is reasonable and there was no charge for the inspection.

Caden was Excellent! Explained everything. kept me in the loop with videos while he was on the roof. Gave me options of what we could do to keep my unit running for a few more years. No Hard sell. just the facts and the costs. Got it all fixed up in record time. I will definitely keep using Rusty"s as my go to. And will definitely recommend them to others.

12/3/2025. Just had my fall Tune up everything looks good and Rusty's is able to keep my 10 year old unit running like new. My Hvac Tech Caden is always prompt and very personable. I still highly recommend Rusty's to anyone needing their System serviced. you will nnot be disappointed

We called rusty after having a few other quotes and we are glad we did. I canceled with the company we were going to use immediately after rusty came out. The attention, detail, time, and personality sold us! Rusty himself came out to meet with me and gave us a better deal at a better price than all others had! The install was quick and our electric bill is cut in half!!!! I was so happy with them I sent a friend over to them to and she’s getting hers installed by Rusty’s company too! Definitely recommend them 1000%!!!

Rusty's AC and heating just installed a new unit at my home. The whole experience was great. Everyone was very professional from Sean the sales person, to the manager Jeff, and down to the installers. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, but this one delivered. They were responsive, did solid work, and charged a fair price. They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Would absolutely recommend.
