I had Dean and Richard two of Rusty’s techs come out about a week ago to give a quote. I received 4 quotes from 4 different hvac contractors. Rusty’s had the best price and oddly enough had the most work to do . They had to fabricate a stand moved the unit back so it’s not as visible on the house from the front view and added ductwork to accommodate this. Dean and Richard both were very upfront and honest about the entire process. During the install they troubleshot and helped my son diagnose a bad breaker in our electrical panel as well. These two guys were nothing less that outstanding in there tools. I would absolutely recommend Rusty’s specifically Dean and Richard for any of your HVAC needs.

I am not happy with how this company has treated our family and its concerns. Ohhh and the thermostat was gifted to us because when my husband asked your team if he was getting the most out of the unit nobody could answer. We didn't want it and are absolutely disgusted you guys stole our old thermostat.

Beware of this company, they stole out ring camera during installation and brought it back damaged. They did a very lazy job installing our unit and we will be seeking another company to correct our concerns. Just dropping some of my thoughts on the situation. We will not be contacting you further to help us get the install we deserve and paid for. We tried that already. Please stop asking. If you wish to resolve our issues you may contact us. We instead will be seeking mediation with available outlets. First we will be contacting Lennox Directly. Followed by review outlets Like the BBB, YELP ect. Im rather disappointed with this company. I got a preety lazy instal. Website posts videos raving about a hang rite kit. Yet one was not used. Ac pad is sitting on a bunch of rocks I told them I needed it on the dirt and because rocks were being removed. It didnt happen. I paid a premium for a premuim unit and they mounted it with lable facing away. Now Im worried then unit won't be stable and level long term. Already looks unstable. I belive the ductwork was torn during service. Noise can be heard from vent. This I would expect from a Bob Ac installer for cheap. I called them and they sent someone who's opinion was these small details dont matter, brushed me off to the office. The quality of work is in the small details. I see carelessness and lazyness.
