We were having issues with our air. Brad came out and did an excellent job for us. He was very prompt and got to work right away. He really helped us with all our ac needs. What great service and a great company. Thank you Brad!

He gave me a very thorough discussion of what was wrong, what could make it better, and what was right. He didn’t pressure me into anything. He went above and beyond according to my standards! Tate's A/C saved us!

We were going on two weeks with no AC upstairs at our home. All five of us living in our living room to stay cool, being jerked around by the home warranty company and the tech they sent out. We didn't quite trust some of the assessment the tech did and the home warranty denied the claim, so we decided to get a second opinion.

Tate's AC was responsive, easy to book, and very thorough. We found out the first tech from the home warranty company was not honest in some of the services they claimed were completed on our unit, and were about to make us replace the entire coil. Instead, Tate's saved us around $1k by replacing the TXV! Our AC has been blowing cold for almost a month now and we have loved being back in our rooms!

We purchased our current AC unit from Tate’s AC IN April, 2013. Each year we have their technician check the unit for any issues. So far, this unit runs great. This year Brad Morain did the inspection and warned us of a future issue but nothing that needed attention yet. We were informed of the future cost and availability of the part. We are now able to plan for this future expense. Thanks to Tate’s AC for their professionalism and honesty. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them for any AC needs.

I had a new AC unit put into my rental unit a few years ago. Had a couple of issues and Tate’s came out and took care of it! They went above and beyond to fix the problem. I would definitely use them again! Awesome customer service!

Just recently, one of their techs, Brody, installed a new thermostat in my condo. He was on time, friendly, and highly skilled. He quickly installed it then was helpful in setting up an app on my phone to change the AC settings.

Brody at Tate's AC did a fantastic job and really helped us. Our AC went down Friday afternoon, and he still was willing to come out late Friday... got us all fixed up so we can enjoy the weekend. Knowledgeable, professional, and a good person. Grateful for Tate's AC!
