Genesis had a crew trimming trees in the sub-development I live in, in Casa Grande.

As they were trimming a palo verde tree on the outside common property, they dropped branches into my property, damaging my bbq pergola inside my property.

When I confronted the lead person about the branches inside my property and the damage to my pergola, she was completely unprofessional in her response. When I said, “what the hell is this?” She responded with, “It’s a tree branch.”

I reported them to our homeowners association, who is going to have to replace the pergola at a cost of around $600. You would think that someone trimming trees would realize their branches were going to fall inside a person‘s yard and possibly damage property inside that person‘s yard. You’d also think the trimmers would have more respect for residents living in the property they service than this person had.

I would never hire this company to do work for me at any time if I needed it.

They cleared out the big branches but I still have to clean up the small branches and sweep up debris left inside my side of the yard that they did not pick up.
