The technician (Johnathan) was polite and professional and did a good job of diagnosing the problem with my dryer but unfortunately he couldn’t repair it without approval from my home warranty company which got denied. I will not be using Hillside Appliance company to come and repair it as the estimate was more than a new dryer.

Veltry was punctual and friendly. He was also knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in detail and didn’t try to overcharge me unnecessarily. Great company- glad I found them!

Scheduling, communication the day of the appointment, the timeliness and the friendliness of the service tech were all top-notch. I would highly recommend this company. This was a warranty call.
