Miguel and Larry helped me get a New roof on my house. They made sure I got the right materials for a quality replacement and made sure the job was done right. The work was done in a timely manner and the roof looks great.

We had excellent service on this project. Jackson Keene headed up the re-roofing of our whole house. He was there at all phases of the project, from meeting with the insurance adjuster, to working with our insurance company to insure the project was approved for doing it the right way, to working with his crew to get the job done. His crew showed up here at 6 in the morning (a little earlier than we had expected!) and worked all day. They finished the whole re-roofing project by 6 p.m. that night -- working all day to finish the work in just one day. Everything was done right -- from putting tarps on the ground all the way around the house to catch any pieces of the old roof that flew off which they were taking off the old roofing, to the actual rebuilding of our roof, to the clean-up after the roof was competed. This was the best experience with a building contractor that we have ever had!

Guardian Contracting Group did an amazing job from start to finish. Larry and his team were very professional. They had great communication and were transparent with us on the needs of our project which made us feel at ease and that we were in the right hands. Guardian Contracting Group worked with our homeowners insurance to cover our roof replacement. They took on the headache of working with the insurance company to ensure we received a fair payout.

From day, one Larry showed us that we could trust him with our home. He carefully walked us through the process and what to expect. This was our first major home renovation, Larry understood we would have lots of questions and need a bit of guidance. Larry was patient with us and had great communication as the project developed. We live outside of the Mesa area, however that did not deter Larry from making trips to our home for inspections, repair videos (needed for the insurance company) and to complete the final roof installation. Larry went above and beyond from what you would expect from a contractor. He showed us not all home renovations need to be a headache and by choosing the right company to partner with makes all the difference. A big thank you to Larry and his team!

I cannot express how happy we are with our new roof! Larry was very professional and helped us understand the process and was always keeping us updated on next steps. The install team was incredible as we expected at least 2-3 day from start to finish of removal and install. The team finished early afternoon including clean up and our roof looks amazing. I had Paul and Andrew come to my house asking about the damage I had to my roof. I had previously had other roofing/contractors come to my house and talk to me, I never felt comfortable with others that came to my home. Andrew and Paul were very personable and made me feel confident in Guardian. I had submitted a claim on my own and didn’t get the value I felt that was needed to replace my roof (they gave me enough to fix not repair). These guys felt confident they could get my roof replaced by the insurance company. Through their diligence, my roof has been replaced by the insurance company and I couldn’t be happier with my new roof. Throughout the entire process, they were in constant communication. I didn’t feel like I had a contractor, I had a partner in this endeavor. I highly recommend Guardian Contracting Group to anyone who needs to get their roof replaced.
