Byron was great! He was quick, efficient, and friendly. We hired him for water mitigation and he was prompt with his efforts. My only complaint was he did not remove a cabinet even though the wall was wet and the cabinet was damaged. However, it did eventually dry since he placed enough equipment in the affected room. Would hire him again if needed!

Byron was so amazing and walked me through the whole process with remediation and what to expect with insurance. I had a huge plumbing issue with my house and Orangetree was able to gut everything and get things cleaned up quickly. They were mindful of tenant and ensuring no one was exposed to anything hazardous. They made multiple trips out to my property and kept in contact with me daily on the progress. I would highly recommend.

Byron was great to work with and greatly helped in my recovery of a water leak in the water supply line in the wall between a bathroom and bedroom. He and his team cut out all the saturated drywall and brought in fans and dehumidifiers and checked on them most every day of the 6 days they were running.. He brought in a pack-out company which moved everything out of the affected area, and put me in touch with a contractor to build everything back. Byron also initiated the claim with my insurance, and was on site when the adjuster came in for his evaluation. He is dealing directly with my insurance company, which makes the experience so seamless.

We had a dishwasher leak. Byron from Orange Tree Restoration was fantastic to work with. He was upfront, honest, and friendly. He talked us through the different options for our situation without us feeling any pressure. Working with him and Orange Tree made our unfortunate situation much more manageable and less stressful. Wow! What a great company! Came right out after plumber finished and on a Sunday no less. Had fans in place in minutes . Came and checked on the drying stages. Will begin restoration at a fair price. Professional, attentive and very knowledgeable . Very experienced and explained in detail each next step. Impressed and will recommend to others . Called in byron at orange tree for a water leak in a kitchen and he was on it!! He showed up within an hour at the homeowners house and walked them through the process every step of the way.

We showed up days later to fix the issue and byrons team had gone above and beyond expectations and had the area sealed off like a covid containment site to protect the homeowners little 1 from exposure to mold.
