Robert did a fairly extensive remodel to our home, including bathroom, bar and kitchen replumbing, cabinetry, and lighting, Some beautiful tiling ideas and execution, also. This included some excellent remodels of the kitchen soffits. It was fun working with Robert and his ideas. A multi-faceted talent and all-round good person to work with.

My type of work requires changing homes often within state of Arizona. For my first home remodeling I selected Robert's Signature Design and Construction after careful review of his work on Angie's list and Better Business Bureau. His quote for the project was also very competitive. His professionalism and design vision are fantastic. The final results of his work were way beyond my expectations. Since then, SD & C is doing all remodel work in my homes, even in Phoenix where nI currently reside. I strongly recommend this company for any small or large remodel or house addition projects.

Robert of Signature Design took my newly purchased condo from dated and dilapidated to the home of my dreams. It was such a pleasure to work with Robert. His suggestions took my design ideas to a higher level. He knows really every aspect of remodeling. Beyond his consummate professionalism, he is a pleasure to work with and his prices more than fair. I feel very lucky to have found him and am so happy with the final results.

The project was a total remodel of the master bathroom for improved handicap access while retaining a great appearance. Sheetrock was removed down to the studs and a beautiful barrier-free roll-in shower, sinks, toilet, exhaust vents, and lighting were installed. New ceramic flooring was installed in the bathroom and bedroom and a window replaced in the bathroom. He did a wonderful job of putting up with our changing design ideas before work began. His suggestions were very helpful in refining details. The custom cabinets look great, even better than we expected. The work progressed very smoothly. Robert was a joy to work with. He was very dependable and was here when he said he would be.

After this project was done, we had him come back and remodel the hall bathroom as well, with ceramic tile tub enclosure and new cabinets and countertop.

Easy Process

Walked up to two staff having a conversation and politely waited for them to finish efore asking my question, about 15 seconds go by and they're still talking... I left and won't be back to this location.

Way to expensive, found another company for half the price, same unit, support small business

In jan 2013 we worked with Mark in kitchen design to replace our counter tops with granite. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in designing and masterminding the process of purchase , templating installing and finish work. I errored on check out and forgot to mention the 10% discount til we were home--however Sherrie in custosmer service was friendly and very helpful in rectifiying my error. Over all the experience was very good with all areas of buy, templating, installing and payments going exactly like Mark said they would. We are very happy with our granite and Home Depot. We would recommend them to anyone. tom

I was recently in HOME DEPOT Oro Valley Az Nov 2016 and needed help with an installation to my mothers front door here in Rancho Vistoso I talked to the sales people at the back of the store and they had a difficult time on the pricing. The manager of the store came with assistance as he happened to be passing by. He was confused about a certain door that I wanted to purchase. I just stood there while they argued. He demanded that I leave the store and go to another HOME DEPOT. Then he was going to have Police guide me out the door. I did nothing wrong but give the measurements and pay. Bella SImonis.

I purchase a prehung door from the store. The initial purchase and set up went well. Once the project was turned over to the subcontractor, Keith the Doors and Windows man treated my project like an orphan. After I payed quite a bit of money for the door and contractor services, the finishing kit (which I knew nothing about, thus hiring a contractor) was not included. This caused me to drive AGAin to Home Depot to resolve this with Keith. I received a call a week later that the contractor would not ship the missing items to me but instead to the store? Heck, who is the customer here? I just paid $1800 dollars to have to run down a finishing kit to do mayself. I called Keith and he informed me that I would have to drive down and pick up the item. I asked that he have his shipping and receiving clerks mail it to me and was refused. After some arguing, I was informed it will be mailed to me. Geez, why not just do the right thing to begin with. Thats what I would have done. BTW, the install was done very well, and the door is great. Too bad, I would have given it 5 stars if I had been treated well.

What happened to the lights? The lights are missing under the upper shelves. Can't see the packages to see the screw sizes in hardware. How about some LED lights? Don't be asking if that's my flashlight when I bring one next time.

I bought a door from Home Depot in Oro Valley $ 284.00 and also paid for the installation. The manager Jeff of Home Depot sent out inexperienced workers that do not know how to hang a door and when they tried to fix it they sent workers again that did not know what they were doing. They will not do anything about it and now I am stiuck with a door that does not hang properly and the bill of $618.90 I will never use Home Depot as they do not know what they are doing. Beware!!! Never have a door installed by Home Depot. Go somewhere else to have a door hung. A shooty job was done and then they tell you its fine just oil it. Now I am stuck with a non functioning door. Sincerley a disgruntled customer.

I had Home Depot's door and widow guy come out. Sales guy was nice. We purchase a $2,100.00 sliding glass door. The tech came out to measure and was rude. They scheduled the install for today. Some other guys showed up today to install, they measured and starting using profanity describing how much of an idiot the measuring tech was. Needles to say my door didn't get installed today. After numerous calls requesting to speak with a manager I still haven't heard back from anyone. Don't waste your money with them. So I took a day off of work for nothing. I will request a refund if anyone in management actually calls me back.
