IMPECCABLE company. Unbeatable combo of competence and knowledge with stellar customer service. AND being integrous! Virtually impossible to find these days, especially in this industry. I researched companies in 2018 and chose Fairway to replace an in-warranty coil (in a unit from previous owner that they did not install). When my AC died after 14 years, I did not hesitate to call them again. Jacob answered my questions and was patient. It's a huge decision to get a new unit! He clearly loves his job, the company and his boss (who's the owner), Brian (who remembered me from 6 years ago!). The company treats staff well! Adam, Izzy and Julian installed the unit. It took longer than usual because the old unit was jammed in a tight space, but Adam persevered. Adam and Izzy answered all my questions. EVERY staff member was polite, cleaned up after themselves, said great things about the company, and talked about honesty in a too often dishonest industry. GREAT company! CHOOSE Fairway!

PS It’s two days after install. My sisters were afraid I’d gotten ripped off by price and by buying the upgraded system and made me second-guess my decision. I did much research on the Lennox site and about installs and prices generically across brands. And I talked to Jacob today. He took the time to answer my questions and put all my concerns to rest. Amen!

The single stage (basic/cheapest) unit is better in other climates, NOT Tucson climate. It doesn't last as long and uses a TON of energy. It’s also 1970s technology. The variable (even better than the two stage) unit is made for our climate, is more efficient, and will get money back from it’s efficiency. Other premier Lennox dealers in the area charge more, by at least 3k. Fairway is the lowest price dealer in our area. One company sold the same unit I got for 8k more!

AC companies in general make money on selling units — and many of them are fly-by-night. But a 5-star rated company will be in business a long time and be around to take care of any 10 year warranty needs. The warranty covers parts AND labor (and labor is 85% of a repair!). It has a Quantum Coil which only uses aluminum. The old one used aluminum, stainless steel and copper. The 3 don’t mix and causes corrosion, which of course diminishes the life of the unit.

AFTER the sale, I received the SAME time, ability to answer questions, and patience with my questions (and angst-ing). Now that is true customer service! Choose Fairway. And now my sister can sleep better tonight with this info.

Fairway sent Jacob Garcia to repair my A/C. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. My A/C was repaired in a timely manner and the repair bill was fair/reasonable. Thanks Fairway for being there when needed.

After driving cross state to my new home in Sun City Oro Valley I discovered my air conditioner was out in 105 degree weather! I called Fairway Cooling Sat afternoon from a friend's referral and the owner Brian called me back right away. He offered to bring a portable air conditioning until a tech rep could check out on Monday. What a relief. After talking with Brian and assessing the age and condition of the unit 2007 and potential parts replacement challenges I decided to replace. He explained models and options well with no hard selling. The install was scheduled for Thursday given the 4th of July holiday. Brian even brought a second portable unit on Monday. The technicians were early, professional, and left no trace beyond a very quiet new Bryant system with an excellent warranty from Bryant and Fairway. Excellent personal customer service all around with quick turnaround.

Fairway recently installed 2 complete systems at my home and the overall experience was phenomenal. The sales staff, installers, and owner himself were all highly professional and they met every expectation I had for the install plus more. They answered all my questions and concerns honestly and openly. The install itself was flawless with the 2 installers completing the job in less than a full day. The owner personally came to our home and presented us with all paperwork and warranty information and made sure that we were happy with our experience. We have been extremely pleased with all aspects of Fairway’s business and will be their customer for years to come. Thank you!

Our A/C and furnace quit working we called Fairway Cooling and talked to Brian, he was very polite and send one of his guys over right away to check it out. Rene showed up checked out the system and found out it was just a fuse they fixed it right away and gave us some good advice on duct cleaning. The price was more then reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would not hesitate to call them for any heat or a/c issues. Great guys and fantastic service.

We had a new HVAC system installed June 16, 2020. The Fairway crew arrived on time and all members were very professional. One employee came yesterday to do another field check just to make sure they would bring all required materials for the installation. Everything was included in a very competitive price such as a new sheet metal floor, surge protector, thermostat, new outside electrical box and new service tubing and wiring. Each member of the team was courteous, efficient and professional. They insured the system was working perfectly before leaving. They also left both inside and outside areas cleaner than they found them. Their customer service is the best. I am very impressed with Fairway Cooling and Heating in Oro Valley, Arizona and recommend them for all air-conditioning servicing and installation.

After researching many A/C Cooling and Heating Companies, we decided to call Fairway Cooling and Heating. The technician that came out was Jacob Garcia. He told us what was wrong with our system, what it would cost to fix it without trying to sell us anything. We asked about a new unit and he gave us three options and he explained each option thoroughly. We decided to buy a new HVAC system. The installation team, Jesse, Julian and Frank were on time, courteous and professional. When they completed the job, they left everything clean and explained how the system worked. I would recommend this company highly to anyone in need of a new HVAC system or repair. What surprised me was, a few days later, a representative from Fairway came to our home with our warranty and completed paperwork, and asked if we had any questions. Their customer service is by far the BEST I have seen in a long time.

We recently used Fairway Cooling & Heating and were very impressed with the company. The owner, Brian McCulloch provided their estimate. He spent a great deal of time explaining what I did and more importantly, did not need. His two very experienced and extremely polite installers did a very professional job and put our system in in just 4 hours. Provided a 10 year full coverage, parts and labor warranty. They are very close by with an office right here in Sun City.

I contacted Fairway because they had a 5* rating. They lived up to it. Brian, the owner, Jacob, Julian and crew are very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, personable and charges are very reasonable. They arrive on time and waste no time getting the work done. I just had 2 new air con systems installed and am extremely happy with the installation by Julian & crew, and followup checks by Jacob. I strongly recommend Fairway. Ian

Great and fast service when HVAC stopped working in 100+ temps. Jacob Garcia was not only knowledgeable and helpful, but was also courteous and empathic. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Fairway.

It was a great experience working with Fairway. My AC went out for the third time in three years and I googled AC companies in Tucson. Fairway came up and they had good reviews so I gave them a call.

Brian was able to get someone out same-day which really helped, especially in the summer. Their diagnostic and proposed solution made sense and Brian was willing to walk me through the details when I had questions. My situation was very complex so it took a couple of visits. But they were able to accommodate my needs and fixed my AC in a relatively short time frame. The techs took pictures of the work and sent it to my e-mail which helped for my records.

I feel confident that the next time I call Fairway, it will only be for routine maintenance.

Just had our annual AC maintenance done by Fairway. Travis was the tech that performed the service. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with his service. Will definitely request him for our next maintenance. Great job, Travis.

We had quotes from a few companies for two total system replacements and we decided on Fairway because of what they offered, but also their amazing customer care.
From start until after finish they have been thorough, kind, respectful, and do fast and excellent work. We are so happy we choose them. Brian and his team are all great to work with. Highly reccomend you check them out, they may be new here in Tucson but they have tons of experience in the industry and have brought the beat parts together to make it great for customer! We are very happy with our decision to go with Fairway for our new furnace and A/C units! Owner Brian did our in-home quote and we were impressed with his knowledge and integrity. Installers Jesse and Julian were great guys...friendly and efficient. They took time to explain our new system and answer all our questions. We will definitely recommend Fairway to all!

Thermostat wasn't working on our heater and Fairway had been recommended by a neighbor and they were right. Called their office and they were phenomenal and had a technician out an hour later. Communication was excellent and Derrick did an outstanding job. Will be going to them for all of our HVAC needs and replacing our older systems in the future.

After trying multiple contractors for AC maintenance, I like them the best: no expensive contracts, reasonable prices, competent and experienced technicians, give me a specific hour for the appointment and show up on time, no pressured sales pitches. When my AC unit needed a minor repair they sent over another technician right away with the part instead of making another appointment. Highly recommended.

One year after posting this review, I had Fairway install a mini-split in my bedroom. The virtually silent mini-split is huge upgrade over the noisy wall AC I had been using for auxiliary cooling. Fairway provided the usual speedy and professional service. I have been very happy with all the work they have done at my residence.

I called Fairway Heating and Cooling and immediately Jacob was able to come over and take a look at our AC unit. He is so kind, knowledgeable, honest, and informative. He took the time to show us the problem and explain our options. I will definitely be using Fairway Heating and Cooling and highly recommended them for any HVAC services.

ON every level this company, based upon my experience is clearly superior to any others in the Tucson area! Why? Prior to giving the go ahead, I did due diligence on 4 companies, recommended by quality friends and neighbors. We had routine service done by Fairway months ago and felt they were the very best of the 3 previous companies we had for used over our many years here. We got bids for our full replacement, and determined the integrity and caliber of people at Fairway made it simple. Competitive pricing is a must today, but the people who do the work, stand by their pledges and fulfill the work ABOVE AND BEYOND do make THE crucial difference. I could not more highly recommend Fairway Cooling and Heating. I feel they attract the best people in Southern Arizona! Call them, ask for my email or phone # if you have questions for a very judgmental consumer! simply said I think you could not do better!

Brian, Jacob and Derrick have been outstanding to work with and having Derrick as our Service professional has been beyond positive. He is knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, professional and personable! Thanks to Derrick and the Fairway team, our systems are now ready for summer 2024! :-)

ORIGINAL Post:The Fairway team was exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout the consultative conversations, our purchase, and installation process. We also had a couple of questions a couple of weeks after the installation, and we had a timely conversation to help us understand one or two features that were new for us. I had been skittish about doing an HVAC project, because I don't fully understand all of the technical components, but those fears were not an issue with Fairway. Their approach was consultative and there was no pressure to make a decision or anything like that. I was exceptionally relaxed throughout our interactions and highly recommend them for others who need HVAC service or replacement. Thank you to the Fairway team for a job well-done!

From the removal and replacement of our HVAC system two years ago, to the annual system checkup the guys at Fairway Cooling and Heating have been great to work with. They are all competent, professional, quick and fairly priced. Glad we selected them over their competition.

Beyond impressed. I had a rather long freon line with a shredded outside. As a customer I was given a price that pleasantly surprised me. The job entailed unforeseen issues which increased the job-time length considerably. Art handled it with grace and professionalism and when I asked if maybe the agreed upon price was a bit low considering everything else he did he told me no way! I have recommended Fairway in the past to people who engaged them in replacing their units and for good reason. No, great reasons! This company should be the “American Standard.”
