We have had the privilege and benefit of having Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing provide us services for at least the past for years. We purchased our system from them, and have had routine maintenance since that time.

The service technicians have been so friendly and helpful - all of them over the years. Even when we have needed a repair and it was late in the day, their positive attitudes were so much appreciated. And they arrive when they say they will arrive... no ambiguous arrivals.

Signature is without a doubt the best AC/Heating entity in the entire metro Tucson area. They are courteous, professional, and most important, great listeners. Their customer service is second to none.

Johnny did a great job with our spring maintenance visit. He kept in contact, and arrived on time. He's friendly and thorough and explained everything. He gave me some tips on keeping the AC condenser in top shape. He even tidied up some of the attic insulation that was on the floor. We have the 5 year maintenance contract which is very reasonable.

Just had my biannual HVAC inspection by Signature Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Our technician Kristopher Machado was prompt and polite. Service was completed in a timely manner and finished up with a discussion of our system status complete with system photos and recommendations. Well done.

After having a mini split installed last year. They came back to service that and my main house AC units. Eric was very thorough. He took lots of pics and explained everything to me. Didn’t try to upsell anything. Just a really great experience

Signature rep showed up on time. Very professional, picture came with text of arrival. Had name badge. He was very knowledgeable on water systems and did not pressure or steer us towards only high end products. He explained how each system would impact house/ appliances and gave info on differences in maintenance and replacement filters, cost and real totals. Also had a very good price on water maintenance and could include checking/ maintaining our tankless h2o heater, and air conditioner. Most others forget to include or discuss long term costs of filters or maintenance. Overall intelligent and complete assessment 5 stars.

Technician showed up on time and you could track his arrival. Tune up was exactly as they stated. no pressure to up sale and Results of Tune emailed with corresponding photos to support.

Signature HCP replaced our coil, which had a leak, last year when our former HVAC company abruptly went out of business (with our money). This year we called them for normal service. They noted that apparently when the coil was replaced the coolant was not topped off. They topped off coolant at no charge to us. We had two technicians (Kristopher and Keith) for two service calls; both were very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in easily understandable terms without an insulting dumbing down tone that some companies tend to use. They didn't try to upsell us with anything. In fact, they let us know that our system (10 years old, and 1 year old coil) was healthy and running fine...despite a competitor that indicated we should replace our system to the tune of $20K. The office staff was also very courteous (Monique, Melissa, Amber, Ariana) and professional with great communication each step of the way. There was no charge for the maintenance call since we purchased the coil last year. This year we purchased a 1-year maintenance service that includes two maintenance calls (spring and fall) for 2026/2027 which is $260. All in all a painless experience with good outcomes.

Technician (Christian) who came out to inspect and service our system was very professional and knowledgeable. He informed us every step of the way to ensure we understood what he was doing. I would recommend Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

Jose was here for 7 hours to clean out the air ducts- he had to unscrew all of the ceiling vents (and I have high ceilings!) blow everything out and vacuum up the residue, then return the vents to the ceiling, cleaning up after each step- he is one of the hardest working contractors I have ever met! And so meticulously~

Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing takes care of all of our heating, cooling and plumbing maintenance and repairs. We have had them out to repair or maintain all of these systems. Their prices are more than fair and their technicians are very squared away. They show up when they say they will and perform the work as if they owned our house. I use them every Spring and Fall to do all of the maintenance on our systems and to repair any system that has an issue. I'm very particular about who I use and have high expectations for excellent service which they provide. Just had Johnny out to service our A/C systems. He either showed me or clearly communicated to me all the work he performed after asking pointed and purposeful questions about how we utilize our system and did we have and issues or concerns. Could not be happier, especially with Signature and Johnny!

Had evaluation of water pressure reducer valve that was acting erratically, adjusted it and got quote for replacement unit. Also got quote for new water heater. Plumber took time to explain my sewer clean out and process to clean any possible back ups if they happen. Will definitely have them do any equipment replacements I may need in future.

I ask for a water pressure test and a qoute to boost it. They came out within the appointed time and even texted me updates on his arrival. No pressure sales and very professional.
