Hired this company after a water leak was discovered. Their work was fine but their billing practices were fraudulent, they were even charging my for supplies that I supplied. They billed my insurance company for thousands of dollars for items that wasn't done. After Zymer refused to change the bill when my insurance agent called him, then I got in contact with him. He admited that there were items on the bill that they did not do and corrected my bill to reflect the actual work that was done, something that he refused to do with my insurance company. My only advice is to look at your itemized charges on the bill before you pay.

We had a major kitchen remodel and we were promised by our contractor that our house would be clean upon our arrival for the holidays. That did not happen. We called ServePro and explained our situation. I received a call back within an hour, sent some photos and promptly received a quote. To our surprise, they were able to come the next morning! We bought a dishwasher a few months ago & one day found water leaking below. The contractor who put the dishwasher in came out, removed the dishwasher & found water sitting underneath. It was recommended that we have a remediation contractor come out to see if there was any water damage & mold. After researching companies we decided on ServPro. Jason came out & inspected the island, cut a piece of drywall and confirmed water had seeped into the island. Remediation needed to start right away. After a lot of back & forth with the insurance company we decided to move forward with remediation along with upgrading our kitchen. Jason, Zymer, Ray & team did an AMAZING job! These guys always kept us informed of next steps, carefully took our ideas/thoughts/concerns into consideration & were very professional. Ben did an acid wash and waterline scale removal on our 12 year old pool. I wasted way too much time with a pumice stone trying to clean it over the whole summer with mediocre results. After Ben completed our pool it was sparkling like new again! Highly recommend copper cactus!

I just want to give a shout out to Ben Robinson, the owner/operator of Copper Cactus Pool Solutions. Our pool tile was really, really bad. So bad that I had two other companies come look at it first. One didn't want the job at all and the other did one tile and gave up and left. Ben took on the challenge and he did a phenomenal job! We couldn't be happier, and he did it at a very good price. I can't say enough how tough a job this was and he knocked it out of the park. Just look at the pictures!

Ben did a great job on our pool. We live in central Phoenix and the hard water is a real prob. Our pool is 5 years old and we had some decent calcium build up. After Ben was done our pool look brand new. We also have a brick water feature that also collects a lot of build up and that also looks great. I would recommend this company and will be an ongoing client going forward.

I had my pool installed in October of 2008, and had never had the calcium removed. Sooooo, 16 1/2 years of calcium ribbon. Ben did the impossible! Everything came clean, including the rocks and spa area. Ben is a great guy, very nice to work with. He explained the process in detail, assisted in draining the pool, and cleaned up when the project was finished. Ben has the proper equipment to do this job, very professional. I highly recommend him. The pictures speak for themselves.

AZ Tile and Grout did a great job! My shower was restored and my tile was transformed. The owner listened attentively to what I was hoping to accomplish and answered questions from start-to-finish patiently. He helped me select a nice color for the grout and planned time for the project around my schedule. Staff was knowledgeable and explained the process as they went along. They understood details were important to me and were accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
