The tech was very nice. Left things fairly clean. However 2 days after installation it started leaking and took 4 phone calls to get someone to address the issue. 6 hours later I'm still waiting to see if anyone is coming out. Poor service!!

I replaced my wall to wall carpeting in the living room of my rental. The price and experience was so good, that we decided to replace our own carpeting in our living room and we've been very happy with both installations.

For my rental, I first received an estimate from a large "discount" carpet installation company. Then I received an estimate from The Home Depot. The estimator was able to give me the price differences for various types of carpet and explain all the differences. I was able to get the top of the line Life Proof carpet at Home Depot for the same price as Berber carpet at the first place, and I'm so glad I went with a carpet that looks and feels luxurious, and it has a lifetime guarantee as long as I have it cleaned every 18 months. The Home Depot installations are done by USIG, and they did a fantastic job on both of our homes and I was able to schedule my installations between tenants for my seasonal rental. They even move the big furniture for you. I highly recommend getting an estimate from The Home Depot if you're thinking of replacing your wall to wall carpet.

We had a great experience working with Vijay for our remodeling project and HVAC maintenance at Apna Bazaar. The quality of work was excellent, and the team was professional and hardworking throughout the process.
One thing that really stood out was how dedicated he was in helping us obtain the Certificate of Occupancy with the City of Phoenix. He worked very hard through the entire process and made sure everything was handled properly.
He also did an excellent job managing a very challenging landlord who was quite difficult to work with. Despite the challenges, he stayed patient, professional, and focused on getting the job done.
Overall, the workmanship and commitment to the project were outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

1. Excellent price - i took quotes from 3 other contractors for fixing a wall post leak in our master bedroom and impero was 1/2 priced from other vendors quotes.
2. On time service - service was completed a day before scheduled closure date which is rare in this industry these days.
3 . Clear communication- right from the initial quote to completion of work, there was clear communication of the steps involved, expected outcome and any deviations from initial work order.
