Terrible service. Guy came in with spiky gel hair and was completely rude and unprofessional. Refused to listen to me when I asked questions or expressed concerns. Dismissed everything I said and had an attitude. Proceeded to splash dirty black water all over my brand new rugs and on my white door and walls. They also scratched up the brand new toilet and now have to replace it. Brand new build and it's now disgusting. The second guy who came out was great but the original had no care for anything. He trashed the bathroom my kids use and then just left it like that. When I asked my builder to make sure he doesnt come back in my home, he said he's heard similar things about the same guy. I don't understand how he still has a job at this point.

We bought a brand new home in Sun City festival and younger brothers was the termite treatment company. We have had termites ever since we've moved in and have them out several times to service them or treat them. We just found another tunnel and now younger brothers says it's past their warranty even though we've had termites the whole time we moved into our brand new home. My husband even used to work in their construction department and they told him to stop calling. Terrible customer service and a company that does not even care that their service never stopped the termites in our home.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It's unfortunate that our home builder Woodside chooses to work with them due to their poor customer service.

For over a year we've been dealing with a persistent sewer smell. Initially their team came out three different times and each time they attributed the issue to the pee traps and advising us to flush the toilets regularly and run water in the guest bathroom. On their fourth visit they suggested that a hairball in the guest shower drain was the culprit—something we knew wasn’t the case.

The smell has now lingered for more than four days and I've had to arrange for my two young daughters to stay with a family member because it was making them sick. Qutares usually services our area and advised us to reach out if the smell returned but he never showed up.

I don't know how this company has 4 stars on Google. I would give 0 if I could. Unfortunately, we didn't have a choice working with them as Fulton Homes uses them for almost everything. We've had their plumbing division come to our home about 5 times to fix the same issues. They either show up unprepared, or give some excuse why they can't fix what we need done. We recently had someone show up and not only accuse me of verbal abuse because I was getting frustrated, but also got in my husband's face. We finally got replacement faucets from them and are now just waiting for someone to come back to install. The irony? Other workers from the same company, who have come before to fix our faucets, said they are on special order and they have never seen them in their offices before. When we received the boxes, the shipping label was dated from 2021.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Home Depot and Flooring. We updated our carpet in the closet, bedroom, office and living room. Selection was easy, apt for measuring was fast, and US Installations was awesome. US Installations accommodated my schedule and the craftsmanship was outstanding. We are really happy and will use Home Depot again, recommending anyone to use this service.

Great install, but was sold a full room of leftover carpet.

We had carpet installation in our home.the installers did a good job. They were organized and experienced. I do have one follow up question concerning the seam I our master bedroom and I will call them to discuss my question about the carpet seam.

Very dissapointing. Location nearest me doesn't do tool or equipment rental so I had to use this location over 30 min away. Get there, rent a trencher, halfway through my day it stops working, I obviously don't own one so am not familiar with what the problem could be, I call the location & instead of giving me simple things to check for the problem, they insist I have to bring it in, wasting almost 2 hours of my day & gas. .. it was a rock stuck that I didn't see. Do you think I received a response when I asked "Couldn't you have recommend to check that over the phone? " not even willing to budge on return time or anything.
Did I mention how pleasant & helpful they are? Not so much.
Then when returning was charged an even higher rate then was quoted when checking out the trencher that same morning.

Still no word on when my shower door will be installed.

Very friendly! Great experience with Ron! He helped me find the right parts to get my water purification system correctly installed. It was very stressful getting my water purifier in the mail with parts not compatible with my water valves, but thanks to Ron and his expertise at Home Depot my install went smooth!

The guys that came out to install my shutters were quick and clean.

Work was done in decent fashion however they opened three extra boxes of flooring material which was not used. They also discarded the label for the Box so I'm hoping I can still return them to Home Depot but I'm not sure yet that they will be accepted.
