These guys called me when I did not even make an appointment and kept bugging me about the appointment. Not sure who received my call for service when I did not even call them. I don't even know their name until they told me that they are younger brothers plumbing. This is so weird.............

This is a construction/ lumber company that builds houses throughout Arizona. Whether you need a home or are in search of basic to oddball materials, this is the place. They have a framing and truss plant as well the trucks and staff to move product.

Very poor customer service. Phone response - abrasive, argumentative and ready to start a fight.

The actual site workers need to learn some common decency. You can't help but make noise when doing construction but blaring music, singing at the the top of your lungs and making whooping noises like you're at a party at 7:30 in the morning, especially on a weekend or holiday, is uncalled for and just plain inconsiderate.

As a driver I enjoy delivering here. The loafers are always as prompt as their duties allow and never have a bad attitude like so many other places.

I called four times to talk with someone regarding termites, and every time I called I was told “someone will call you” and no one called me.
It looks like they don’t care about their business. Waste of time. Dont wast your time. I will try a decent company.

Came here to pick up an order I made around 3:00 pm and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for near an hour because their department had left already?? I waited for my stuff and left promptly. Will never do business with them again.

We have a 3 year warranty with Younger Brothers (YB) pest control on our home for termites. At Magic Ranch It started December 2020. After the monsoons we found termite utility tubes in the backyard near the end of the pato, above ground anout 40ft from the foundation. The contract will not cover retreatment. Because the termites are not on the foundation of the home. But if or when the termites, within the three years period reaches the house foundation to call (YB) and they will come right out for resolution or treatment.

made major mistake in pouring my garage floor and now refuse to correct their mistake without me taking them to court. Already filed complaint to BBB of Phoenix..would NOT recommend them for any construction work....

Whichever employee was driving on camelback between the 101 and 87th Ave at about 5pm on 5/23 is a horrible person. Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off and then slamming on their brakes, flipping people off who aren't going 25+ over the speed limit. I will never work with your company because of people like this.

Reck-less Driving - Failing to Yield to the Driver that has the Right of WAY! You were 2 cars behind me and you increased your speeds just to try and get in-front of my vehicle. But you were riding in my blind spot then for 3 to 4 minutes in the exact same lane. Just So you Know I have a Dash Cam. Dip Sh*T! and ill be seeing you soon :-). Have a NICE DAY!

The car in the left lane, the one that continues straight, would have the right of way. The driver of the vehicle traveling in the right lane, the one that is ending, shall yield to the vehicles in the other lane and only proceed when safe to merge into the continuing lane of travel.

This is a campus laden with professionalism.

The layout was very thought out and process of visiting, I felt as if they are being very proactive in making sure they are exercising every Covid-19 precation.

The campus makes you forget you are there to do business. You get a real happy vibe and a feeling of very down home feeling. Friendly staff and all the people on sote were beaming with smiles and positive conversations.

I will use younger brothers in any capacity my business will allow. Top notch business.
