A very friendly gentleman helped me in the garden center. Much better than the lady who steered me wrong on every plant I bought and all died. Hopefully the will be more conducive to my exact needs in the area I'm planting in...full sun. He helped me with all my gardening needs. I will use their garden center again. I give the gentleman in the garden center 5 ⭐'s. Thank you.

Terrible employees they are rude and biased. I normally go to Home Depot to get all my stuff that I use for my house, however they were out of some stuff so I came to Lowe's to see if they had any cleaning stuff they had just a little bit but they had what I needed. It started off with me asking one employee where the cleaning stuff was because I'm not familiar with the store, and they legit just pointed and walked off. when I was in the garden center to get stuff for weed control I asked when the employees where the stuff was for fruit flies and they just laughed at me and walked off like they didn't take me serious at all. Lastly check out was very bad they only had two cashiers and they had so much people in the store so literally line was all the way back. when I got to the check out the lady was very rude and just asked if that's all I got and proceeded to scan my stuff but she was still talking to the people before me about gardening and putting up things, they sat there and still talk for a bit then she offered them some spray sanitizer to put on their hands because of everything going on. she just looks at me and asks me do I want a print or an e-receipt and I told her just print it and she was just like here bye. She didn't offer any compassion or kindness. The lady behind me said something to her about it (being rude to me but being nice to the others) but I was just like I don't want to be here any longer and left.

Giant pigeon inside the garden center pooped on my arm. Lady in garden center was nice and helped me get cleaned up and said she's been telling management about it for a year. Told customer service and they did nothing, barely even spoke to me before leaving, and basically said sucks to suck there is nothing we can do
