Troy was extremely supportive when we found ourselves in a tricky situation with our furnace breaking down. The team was quick to react on a frosty Saturday morning before the cold was at its worst and added a battery-like device to make sure our motor starts/runs more efficiently. Troy suggested an Ecobee over our Honeywell thermostat to better track our system's efficiency/air quality so I attempted to fit it the next weekend. He was quick to answer my inquiries and minor troubleshooting to confirm we were functioning properly along with advice on how to ideally set up our setting after installation.
