I work for an HVAC company stopped by this supply house to pick up some supplies and pretty much the worst customer service I encounter in a long time and been doing HVAC for 16yrs, the guy that helped me was rude and seemed like he didn't wanna help. Never coming back to this place.

The counter guys are always on top of everything Chris, Robert, Julio, and. Shawn always help me with any hvac / refrigeration needs.

This ARS is horrible. The management has refused warranty returns for no reason, they've forgotten to include items that we paid for and then refused to give them to us and are generally jerks to our techs. The only reason I didn't give 1 star to this location is because the Mesa store represents the company so well.

I really do not know where these bad reviews are coming from. I usually tend to read reviews before I engage in a place, but with only two negative reviews here, I really couldn't judge it unless I went myself. I found the opposite with Larry and Adam. They were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and clear, straight to the point to get you what you need. They were understanding as well and there were some projects I could not do without their assistance. If the reviews are straight up insults, you know that's all a person has and the review is not based on anything concrete. Currently, its a great store!

They don't deal with general contractors. Wholesale only. My money isn't good enough.
Update: let me be more specific since they replied. I was told that if I didn't have an account I couldn't shop there I am a licensed contractor as well as HVAC certified. But was still told I couldn't shop without an account for a one time purchase in an area I don't normally work in. So again like I said my money isn't good enough.
