He was great. He called before arriving. He was on-time and thorough with the maintenance he came to provide. He also warned of a part that would need to be replaced and explained the possible danger of not replacing it as it had to do with C02.

I just had my air conditioner yearly check up with Ray Cleary from Lee's. It went better than expected! Typically, a technician will come by and when its over they tell you such and such a part might fail soon and should be replaced. Costing a cool 2 to 3 hundred bucks. No so this time! Ray identified a problem and was able to fix it! It was also obvious the unit was working better because it was pumping out more air! Thanks Ray! I can't even tell how much I appreciate the work you did! And... wait for it... he didn't even charge me! :D

At this time the problem seems to be solved,, I hope the service continues to be good. I like the fact that Arturo did not make any false promises and tried to push repairs that may not be needed.. It’s hard to find repairman and companies that are honest and help their customers instead of just pushing for money… I signed up for a service contract With the hopes of solving any future problems before they arise..

Jason came out because I had some kind of leak problem. He spent a huge amount of time going over every detail until he could determine exactly where the leak was coming from. And I was expecting a big bill but it was nowhere near what I thought it would be. He was very thorough. Excellent service
