Edward Tatum is a great person and very professional as a plumber. He is always honest and will go the extra mile for his customers. I would never use any other company or plumber. Edward installed a new bathroom shower kit & a new kitchen sink faucet.

Edward performed multiple services for us, to include replacing our kitchen faucet, the reverse osmosis system and the garbage disposal. He was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and able to adjust to unexpected challenges in our kitchen’s “anatomy”; we would definitely ask for him again if the need arises. Dan with Cool Blew is a top notch professional. I request him by name. Today was a perfect example why. After finalizing our business, I went inside leaving the garage door open. Five minutes later, I hear a knock. He was ready to depart my house and wanted to make sure I knew I had left the garage door up.

We had our RO water system installed by Cool Blew, and our filters changed in Feb 2025. Jim did an excellent job getting us scheduled, and Ed T. Our tech got our filters changed, no leaks, no drips no errors. Highly recommend

Dan was informative and kind. He made sure to keep me updated with any change he saw when it came to receiving a part that was needed and he made sure I was back in his books ASAP to complete the repair once the part came in.

I'd love to be able to give a 5 star rating to Cool Blew but just can't. I definitely rate the installation crew 5 stars. They were on time, professional, and friendly. The crew and vehicles (including the crane) were spotless. There was no debris from the installation left behind because they cleaned it up.
Unfortunately, the salesperson was quick to promise to get the sale but not particularly enthusiastic when it came to service after the sale. I advised the salesperson that I had a tight window to get everything completed and he assured me it would be no problem. They installed the wrong thermostat. I called the office twice and explained the situation and was promised someone would follow-up the next day. Noone called me so I called the salesperson and he actually raised his voice at me because he was "buried" in work and had so much work on his desk!! I finally got the correct thermostat and the technician deserves a 5 star rating. They finally called me about the quality walk through 3 weeks later, well after the time-line I was promised.
Overall, installation was seamless. Those guys were amazing. Service after the sale is lacking by the office staff and sales staff.

Had a catastrophic water issue with an internal pipe. Cool blew lined up all restoration issues. The plumbing was rerouted and fixed. All the plumbing guys are experienced, have communication skills and do an absolutely thorough job. I've used this company for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. And, they respond quickly and have genuine concerns for your problem.

Jim and Miguel finally solved my plumbing after three other plumbers from a different company could not. They were professional and responsive and fair priced. If you have old fixtures they know how to repair them. Highly recommend!
