State 48 Home Comfort replaced our AC unit the beginning of last year. Will and his crew have been so professional, courteous, honest and straightforward from the get go. They have been back a couple times doing the seasonal tune ups and they are as great as day one. If you want a AC company you can trust is doing you right this is the company for you!

Obtained several quotes from four different companies. I went with State48 because Will was very professional and willing to discuss the research I did on other brands. Most HVAC units are made by one of about six global companies. They are all pretty similar in how they are made. Therefore picking a reputable company who offered the best warranty was my deciding factor. State48 came through on all. The installation took all day and system seems to be running fine. It was just installed so I can’t comment on durability

The guys came and setup up my new system in a few hours and removed the old ,set up my new thermostat and asked me through the process and even gave me extra air vents. Will, owner of State 48 Home Comfort, did an inspection and tune up of our ac/heat pump. I have know will for years, but this is the first time I saw him in action. Will also installed an Emerson wifi connected thermostat. He was patient as he assisted me as I downloaded the app and got it operational. I highly recommend his company. He is honest and stands by his work.

This guy has my business and I will be happy to refer my friends and family to him. Our original ac installation company wanted to charge us tens of thousands of dollars to fix old ductwork to get airflow to my elderly mother’s room after we spent $16,000 to get a new AC unit from them. No recommendation of a less expensive fix at all and that was after a $200 air flow test. They never said anything we had could be fixed, just completely replaced. Will came out and offered an affordable solution. I am so impressed with him and my mother will have a comfortable room from now on. I couldn’t be happier.

I also had a great experience with State 48 Comfort. Will Swartz, the Owner, showed up on the job, along with his Technician. Apparently this is how Will operates his business. Obviously he wants the customer to know he cares enough to understand what the job requires. I can really appreciate that, especially when I have to rely on honesty and integrity with anyone who comes to my home. I’m a single woman in my 70’s, so I know I’m in a vulnerable situation. However, this is a business who is very trustworthy!
