Tommy went out of his way to repair my duct work. He has a great attitude and is very positive. His passion is to do good repairs at the best cost.

We bought a VERY expensive AC unit last year after our previous one quit working. We saw little to no change in the AZ heat in one of our bedrooms. After calling the company out multiple times trying to troubleshoot the issue we finally got a second opinion from Fisher’s AC. It was easily diagnosed (and corrected). The room now has perfect air flow and cooled down tremendously within a few hours. My step son hasn’t complained since, and we were even able to remove all the standing circulating fans we had in the room too!

I had 2 different ac companies come out and tell me they couldn’t get on a 22 foot roof, that was a 5/12 pitch. They also told me I should replace my ac unit

Richard came out, jumped on the roof, fixed the issue and it only cost me 275 to replace a part. He fixed it in 20 minutes. He was upfront, cares about his customers and was honest from the jump.

Called on a sat at 330pm…owner came by 45mins later said you need a cap i can get it done in 10mins….sold, polite quick and great to deal with

Tommy came highly recommended from my parents after he did some work for them. My tenant was saying my heater was blowing cold air and the company my property management used advised I needed a whole new unit. I reached out to Tommy for a 2nd opinion on the situation. He responded quickly, came out 2 days later on a Saturday and advised I didn't need a new unit saving me a ton of money! He explained what the actual issue was in detail and suggested a part to fix the problem. I will definitely use Tommy in the future for any heating/AC issues. Fisher AC installed a mini-split and a central ducted system for us. System is looking good and working well. Hopefully I won't need another system installed or repaired for a long time, but if I do I'll call Richard.

Tommy performed a complete air conditioning installation at my guest house. He designed the system, and installed it. I passed all of my necessary inspections, and the system works perfectly. Tommy was a big help in our project. He offered advice.....was able to track down hard to find components, his craftsmanship was superb. The biggest thing was his character. He is honest and dependable and He was very communicative and responsive to the project schedule. I highly recommend him for all of your air conditioning and repair needs.

On a 114 degree day in Phoenix, our AC went out. Will S was amazing, he came out in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Was able to diagnose the issue. He was able to source a part to fix the issue and sent Jacob out, and he was able to fix it in less than an hour. We were back in our home in less than 24 hours. He was able to save us a substantial amount of money and all with a smile on his face. He was kind, courteous and friendly, and he explained to us what needed to be done in terms that we could understand. Would 100% call them for all of our needs going forward. I woke up on Saturday to get ready for work and our AC wasn't operating properly. In a bit of a panic, I contacted William (owner) of State 48 Home Comfort, he made it a priority to come and find the problem and get it fixed. Within a couple hours of contacting him, he personally came to the house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It's a local business, very reasonable prices, and great customer service. I highly recommend calling them if you are experiencing and issues with your unit.

We woke up on Sat morning of Labor Day weekend, to one of our two AC units not working. After finding out the "big guys" that we have a service plan with couldn't help us for 4 days, we decided to look for someone local. So glad we did. Will, the owner of State 48 Home Comfort, responded to my message within minutes. He arrived at our home 30 mins later and got to work. He diagnosed the issue and determined it could be repaired. Most companies would pressure you into purchasing new, but he laid out our options and fixed the problem saving us thousands of dollars! His honesty and thorough work have made us customers for life! We moved to Phoenix 10 years ago and quickly learned that finding a quality HVAC company is a must. That can certainly be a challenge with so many of them around. I prefer to use family owned and operated local small businesses whenever possible. Over the 10 year span we have used 3-4 different companies with various results. Some better than others, but none that I firmly said. “Yep, this is the one I will always use.”

That all changed yesterday when Will from State 48 Home Comfort LLC stopped by to service my AC. Not only is he a great individual but he’s a rare find in the industry. He stands on principles and honesty. Values sorely lacking amongst the make a quick dollar, upsell where you can and get it done ASAP world we live in today. Especially in the heating and air industry.

I contacted State 48 because my top condensation line was dripping outside. I knew that meant my overflow was running and the primary was likely clogged if not worse. The appointment scheduling online was very easy and efficient. That was a big plus. Will called me before the appointment time frame and informed me of his ETA. That was great. With 4 dogs and 3 kids our house can be chaotic at times. Putting the dogs away to avoid someone rings the doorbell is a must.

Will quickly diagnosed the problem and went over some recommendations with me. I could tell he was very detail oriented and knowledgeable, but he was not looking to upsell me something I didn’t need. He was able to complete what he could, but parts were needed to complete the remainder of what we discussed. A new valve and some new lines I wanted to help prevent future issues and also add peace of mind. I’m confident had Will and his crew installed the new unit I got years ago the improvements I made would have been standard protocol. Unfortunately he didn’t, so the job was not done up to the standard he has. He does not cut corners but is also very price conscious in what he does. Will had to get on to something else but he had Jacob come by with the parts and finish the job. Like Will, Jacob called with his ETA and was very friendly. He was able to wrap up the job in a reasonable time while still doing quality work. Both Will and Jacob are people I felt comfortable with being in my home and around my family. I got the invoice today and the price was very reasonable. No upsell or hidden charges. It detailed the work completed, parts used and it was precisely what I had asked for.

State 48 Home Comfort is the real deal! I called them this morning and they came out same day to give relief to our home and family. Our homes temperature was at 96 degrees. Will did an amazing job!
