This morning, I woke up and walked into my living room and immediately knew it: Something was terribly wrong with our AC. It was almost as hot in the house as it was outside (pushing 110 at 8am), and I was dreading finding someone who could help.

One call to Misty, and I knew I had found a great company. She was super efficient but still incredibly friendly while taking my service call. She sent Forrest out within the hour, and he solidified my initial feeling. He was so amazing that we canceled the rest of the companies we had scheduled for the day.

For much less time and money than we were expecting, Forrest had our AC back up and running cool. He let us make our own decisions and didn't force us into anything, which we really appreciated.

Forest and Misty, y'all are the absolute best. We're customers for life now!

We had to replace our a/c unit after 14 years. I spoke with Forrest at Grizzly Mechanical regarding this issue. The guys did an excellent job with the install. They were all professional in their attitudes and respecting our home during the work. Everything was explained to us before any work was done. We are very happy with the results and choosing Grizzly Mechanical to do the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of Hvac work. We spoke with "other" so called big name Hvac companys and they don't compare to the quality and trust worthiness of Grizzly Mechanical. They only do the work that's necessary and not commissioned.

Forrest and Sandy were wonderful to work with. I had arranged this service for someone. We were able to work out the financials which can be challenging. What a happy day that this family has cool air again.

I can't say enough how much I appreciate Forrest's honesty and integrity. He showed up right when he said he would, and looked over our AC system, which is 16 years old. Where other companies would try to tell me it is shot and I need to replace it, Forrest ran all the tests which were within manufacturer specs except the fan motor which is over amping but he said it's not running hot and recommended replacing it but it is not dire. A couple of other small things were wrong but nothing warranted immediate repair/replacement until we decide to replace or upgrade the unit. When that time comes, Forrest and Grizzly Mechanical will be the ones I will call on. You won't be disappointed and you won't go wrong if you give them a call!

Forrest has been our a/c guy for many years because he is a professional and just a super down to earth guy and his pricing is fair. I have never felt ripped off or taken advantage of. And I can't say that about very many vendors. THE BEST!

When Victor from Air West Mechanical arrived to service my AC/heating unit, I felt an immediate sense of confidence. His assessment was honest, clear, and straightforward. He confirmed what I had been avoiding—that my 18-year-old unit had reached the end of its life and needed to be replaced. Even though I knew this day was coming, Victor’s depth of knowledge, his calm professionalism, and his ability to explain everything in a relatable way (including comparing repairs to keeping an old car running) made the decision surprisingly easy. I genuinely trusted his guidance.

Yesterday, Victor and his supervisor, Ted, returned to install the new unit, and I was amazed by the scope of the project. Watching the old unit being lowered from my roof and the new one lifted into place gave me a whole new appreciation for the complexity of the work. Throughout the process, the two of them worked seamlessly—focused, meticulous, and committed to doing the job right. They didn’t leave until every detail was checked and running at peak efficiency.

Their enthusiasm was unmistakable. As they wrapped up, they smiled and said, “We love AC and our jobs!” And honestly, it showed. I couldn’t ask for a better team or a better experience.

Company is APPARENTLY not looking for repeat business - seems they took advantage of the fact that we were out of town and had my son home with the credit card for emergencies.

$500 to swap a single $35 capacitor on a condensing unit - was in and out in less than an hour and didn’t even have to go in the attic.

Didn’t bother to call me with the estimate - if they had, I would’ve told em to pound sand.

Really difficult to find honest HVAC guys here in Phoenix - so, IF you’re looking for one that won’t rip you off or take advantage of you, probably best to keep looking.

That is unless you think $500+/hour labor rate is reasonable!

Our unit was tripping the fuse several times a week, so we called Fisher A/C. He was super quick to respond and came out the next day. He showed what the problem was and explained the issues. We were able to get it fixed within an hour. Everything is running great!
