Had a new ac installed. Anthony James' crew was outstanding. They were efficient, professional and very friendly.

Great company and experience from the beginning to the end. After few hours after waking up on summer day in late July in the Phoenix I noticed from the thermostat the AC wasn’t working. On our way to a doctors appointment. In the waiting room I called their number at 11:00 am which was in my contacts already because a friend had recommended them. The message said to send a text with the problem which I did. 1 minute later I got a reply someone would come between 12-2!!
Wow!!! Off to a great start. Communication is amazing. Alex let me know when he was on his way. He spend quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem. Turned out it was in the Air Handler the mother board had died. We had the option of fixing the problem but we weren’t that happy with our 8+ year old problematic AC so we decided to put in a new system. Alex went over all our options. We ordered a Trane with variable speed. He fixed our Air Handler with a part he had in this truck so we would have AC. This all happened on a Wednesday. The text Tuesday the family owned company 4 friendly polite brothers showed up exactly at 6:00am as promised and worked together like a well oiled machine. Their install and clean up was meticulous. They fixed some issues out near the unit that were problematic going above and beyond. Oh my gosh what a difference the house is so quiet and cool. It came with a thermostat that we can control from our phone. The first night we decided to go down 1 degree and changed it without getting out of bed. You get 4 years of unit check ups every 6 months included. We couldn’t be happier with this company. We will never use anyone else and would highly recommend them to anyone. Our previous unnamed AC company left us 6 days without AC last summer while we were waiting for a repair.

I got a temperature sensor alarm and confirmed my AC was not working. I called Anthony James AC and left a message. He called right back and said he could have a technician out the next morning. Technician arrived first thing the next morning and he had it repaired in about an hour. AC is working perfectly now. The only question I had was how the invoice was broken out. I spoke to Anthony about the invoice and he clarified the billing. I will definitely use them again.

Air conditioner went out in the dog days of August summer heat and they showed up immediately! The service tech, Alex, was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable and most importantly great at dealing with a very distraught customer. He gave us a temporary unit to use while the problem was being resolved. They communicated very well throughout the process and resolved the problem in a quick manner. Very happy with this company. Very reputable.

Anthony James not only Installed both of my Trane A/C units, Alex comes every 6 months to perform the Preventive Maintenance on them. They are a Wonderful company to deal with.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the family ran and operated team of Anthony James. They are top notched, honest and professional at the HVAC business. My install was perfect and the price was extremely competitive. I had them service my old unit and was beyond impressed. Wouldn't even think of using another company at this point and refer them with out any hesitation.

My wife and are thrilled with the finished product. All four of the guys are super personable, and a pleasure to talk to. They do a very professional job. When they are done, it is like they were never there. They leave the job site very clean and tidy. I am looking forward to them servicing our brand new units for years to come.
Update: They did such a great job on ours, I had them replace the units at my parents house. They love their new systems.

This is a family run company. They did an amazing job replacing my mom's AC. They were very efficient and cleaned up when they were finished. They have an amazing 4 yr maintenance program that is included. They even helped my mom fill out the APS rebate form. Also, their prices are very competitive.

We are original homeowners. During the entire 10 years of owning the home, we have suffered with a hot room. No matter what we did or who did it, we could not get that room cool. That one room has a thermostat which kept our AC unit continuously firing and our eldest Grandson continually complaining. I was so tired of having to replace the capacitor every 1.5 years we finally decided that enough is enough. We did a lot of research on AC unit. We selected train because of quality and longevity. We replaced our 4 ton carrier unit with a 5 ton to phase train. We selected Anthony James air-conditioning and heating because they are recommended by train, they are a train comfort specialist, and have been established since 2008. They are owned by four brothers. This company is amazing! we were told they would start the job at 6 AM. I walk outside at 6 AM and all four brothers each with a large working van or starting to unload. They were here from 6 AM until 330. They did not stop for lunch or breaks. They just worked their tail off. They fixed our hot room with the addition of a heat vent. Sucks heat out of the room. And optimize the air handlers in the attic. In result, our hot room is no longer hot and is now consistent with the rest of the house. The AC unit Harley runs and is so very quiet. This is a great company. We are very pleased with train and Anthony James air-conditioning and heating.

Every time I call Anthony James Air Conditioning & Heating I'm reminded of all the reasons why we chose them for our install.
We were due for preventative maintenance on our unit, and to have a "hot room" checked out. During the summer months this room is exactly that, hot. Alex came out and handled the job perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I told him my concerns and he offered some quotes on a fix for the hot room. While he was up taking measurements he needed of the duct work, he heard what he described as a small rattle. Alex pulled out a piece of sheet metal 14"x5.5" that was placed out of site in the air duct. He told me its not uncommon for builders to do this to dampen the air flow into a certain room. I'm still getting the quote on options to change the duct work around a little. With that said, I'm currently sitting here writing this in my hot room, which is now just as cool as the rest of the house.

Attention to detail, listening to the customer and offering to give options to fix my issue. Completed work in a very timely manner. Alex, thank you. I'm happy my unit is cleaned, tuned up and running like a horse. I'm even more happy my hot room is no longer hot. We will see what the summer brings, but I'm confident either way I will be taken care of. I appreciate the outstanding service. Be safe.

Anthony, the gentleman that has been coming to my house and first installed my AC has been wonderful! All questions asked were answered and never did they oversell. In today's climate of trying to get estimates and everything else they have been a breath of fresh air. I feel as though he really cares or they really care. And believe me I've had some other other work being done and never did. I have a problem with them. I have recommended this wonderful company and will continue to do so
