We wanted our 25 year old white builder quality kitchen sink removed and replaced with a stainless steel one. Our garbage disposal was leaking and needed replacement. Edward Tatum promptly came out and gave us an estimate. He completed the work about 10 days later, and it looks great! Very happy with Cool Blew!

Can't say enough good things about Cool Blew and Ed, the plumber assigned to our water mess! Ed arrived just before 8 a.m. and was very pleasant. He was thorough in assessing our water leaks in a closet, an adjoining bathroom, and the adjoining garage -- and found a bursted water heater. He quickly identified the hidden water flowing and the damage behind our dry wall. He went right into action to get a restoration company onsite within 2 hrs. to prevent further damage! (unheard of just after a holiday weekend). Simultaneously, Ed made every effort to source a new water heater, and still make his other appointments scheduled that day. He could have easily pushed off the new water heater installation to the next day. But he didn't!! He stayed in contact with the restoration company throughout the day came back after 4:30 p.m. with Miguel, a resourceful colleague. They double-teamed the project and immediately after the drywall, insulation and other mess was removed, Ed and Miguel worked together to get the new water heater installed -- even though it was past the end of their work day. Ed eased our minds and even took the time to explain the necessary information about the new system. Thanks to Cool Blew and thanks to your star employees Ed and Miguel!!!

Edward Tatum helped to install my new water heater 2 years ago and I was thrilled to hear he was coming back out to help when my washing machine drain line was having trouble draining properly. This man worked tirelessly to help clear a soft clog that was difficult to clean out. He carefully considered the options with his manager to provide the best service while keeping in mind that my pipes are old and did not want to cause any damage. After only an hour, the problem had been resolved and the price for the service was fair. Thank you to Cool Blew and Edward especially for helping us out in a busy and stressful season. Made things a little less stressful!

Edward and Miguel were very professional when installing our new bathroom fixtures. They called to let us know the time they would arrive and then arrived at that time. They worked for several hours and did a great job!! We would recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathrooms.

I had Cool Blew perform some work at our place of business. The person's name that performed the work was Jim Smith. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem extremely fast and accurate. After he performed the initial work on the problem he took time to verify and check that the problem.
The problem was resolved and was in working condition the way it was suppose to be.
The cost was very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend this person and company to perform this type of work.

He drained and serviced my water heater. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. The receptionist that took our call for service on a Saturday morning was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. 20yr old water heater failed. Having used Cool Blew for AC repair and replacement and other home maintence in plumbing and AC I had built up trust in their pricing and professionalism so when it became a replacement scenario I had them quote a Tank less system and chose that route. Edward (with assistance from Carl and Miguel) did excellent work. Clean install, cleaned up after themselves.

Everyone is so nice from the first time you call until the job is completed. The technicians always clean up after themselves and are always thorough and I can trust what they say, after having not so great experiences with many other local air conditioning companies

The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what the service would be done and made sure I understood. He was very knowledgeable about A/C repair and maintained. I would gladly have him service my A/C in the future.

The service was excellent. It was the routine checkup that is done prior to the summer heat. My unit is 2 years old and the service was included as part of my purchase. The technician, Frank, was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and very respectful.
