I want to write feedback about an encounter I had with this company.

I was driving on Greenway Road, making a right hand turn onto 67th Ave. While the Just Right Landscape, LLC truck was headed North on 67th Ave in the left hand turn lane. The light at Greenway was red when it turned green I proceeded to make my right turn. However, the Just Right Landscape truck decided to make a U-Turn back onto Southbound 67th Ave. His light had already turned red and my light was green - he did not have the right of way and was making an illegal turn at this point - forcing me to stop in the middle of the road. He did not execute the turn properly and went up onto the curb. This caused me to have to maneuver; not only avoid being hit by someone running a red light, but also someone now blocking the lanes of traffic.

The man driving the Just Right Landscape truck then sped up and followed me - threatening, harassing and intimidating me. He even stayed at the next red light to continue his harassment (in the right turn lane, while I was in the far left lane). He was turned around in his seat looking out his window when he saw me take out my phone to take a picture of his vehicle and license plate he immediately turned and sped away.

I also had my child in a car seat in my vehicle when this occurred.

This is not the kind of company I would trust in my home or around my children. If they can show this kind of road rage and aggression in a company vehicle (when they did something wrong) it makes me wonder what the company practices would be in someone's home. This is not the representation I would think anyone wants their business to have in public.

This company did my mother's and father's backyard sprinkles, bocche ball court, trimmed trees. They actually showed up on time, didn't charge more than they quoted, and actually did more that we thougt they would. She asked them to come back out to help with something her dog messed up and they fixed it that day cheap. I've recommended them to others and everyone I know loved them.

Once again the team at Just Right Landscaping came through! A group of hardworking professionals who are efficient and thorough. My yard looks amazing after lots of trimming, a refresh of ground cover, and an overall clean up. Thanks again!

Really not sure what is going on. This company started out great. We were given 1 price and told that it included everything even if a sprinkler head needed to be replaced. Then I received a bill with an extra 60 dollar charge for 3 sprinkler heads. Really? These heads cost less than 10 dollars and they screw on and off, and you charge me 60.
My grass looks horrible. I have weeds everywhere and was told from the beginning that they took care of that, then I was told no that they only do a pre emergent treatment which has obviously not been done.
NOW THEY DONT EVEN SHOW UP.

Great team, great service at reasonable rates. They did a nice job cleaning up my yard and will be using them for ongoing maintenance. I highly recommend working with First Option for your landscaping needs.

The gentlemen at First Option are absolutely phenomenal, they were quick and polite and take great care of the property. Their customer service and communication were also excellent and consistent.

I needed to get my yard back to a manageable level. I reached out to First Option, because they were my first option. They got back to me quickly and came out to my house for a job walk on a holiday! That is service. They gave me a quote within 2 hours of the job walk, then scheduled the next day! These guys don’t mess around. They showed up and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I didn’t think my yard would look this good. Make First Option your only option.

I hired First Option for a yard cleanup on a quarterly schedule. Victor came out the very next day and walked the yard with me. He then sent a reasonable quote. I agreed and he put me on his schedule for three days later. The guys did a terrific job! It was the first service so we will see how it goes but so far I’m thumbs up!

I have used first option for several years now when my last landscape company started raising their rates... Victor and his team always communicate well, no surprise fees, and great service when promised. Even came right over when I needed some emergency repairs and problem fixed straight away! Very pleased with services from this company.

Victor and his team are so wonderful to work with. They have great response time and then come out to observe the work needed to be done before providing a quote. Very reasonable pricing and great work! We’re always so pleased with our yard after service!

We went through several different landscape companies that charged ridiculous amounts and really left a lot to be desired. Then we found this one, and the cost was completely reasonable, we couldn't believe it! We booked them, and then got worried that since the cost was low, they might not do a great job. Wow, were we wrong! It looks incredible, they were super fast, and the communication was easy and quick. Would definitely recommend, and now we've booked them for the monthly maintenance because we were so impressed!
