When our refrigerator stopped cooling, we contacted a 5-star repair shop near us, but their dismissive appointment scheduler told us they send someone out in about a week. That's too long with a warm fridge, so we called Frost Appliance. Chad arrived the same day, diagnosed the issue in under 5 minutes and ordered the replacement part (our fridge is about 10 years old). He recommended a great workaround to get the fridge cooling while we waited for the part. The part arrived more quickly than expected (< 3 days) and Chad had the fridge fixed in less than 15 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased. Frost will be our first call next time!
