Technician was not very friendly. Seemed as if my service call was an inconvenience . Ordered door seal. I had to ask about how long it would take. Was told he didn’t know. I had to ask if I would be notified. It had been over 3 weeks and I had to call Runyon to check status . Found out claim was denied. They didn’t have the consideration to call to let me know. Not happy with my experience with Runyon.

Lowes sent out 2 other company and they couldn't fix my Washing machine. Then they sent out Runyon Appliance and Runyon got the job done and was professional and took the time to listen to me about what's been happening with the Washing Machine. They were able diagnose the issue in about 5 minutes. They were able to work with my schedule and keep me updated with stauts on my parts. Thank you Runyon for being Washing machine heros.

They sent a guy out on a Thursday and he wasn't sure issue. Said someone would call me the following Monday. Its now a week and a half after that following Monday and no call. Charged me $150 which was supposed to be a credit towards repair labor. I feel like I was scammed. Don't use this company. They are either disorganized or they are really scamming people. I ended up having to buy a new refrigerator because food was going bad.
