Derek is great! His pricing is fair and very competitive. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I had steel rails installed in two nathrooms for my senior mother over 4 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. He also installed can lighting throughout my home. I always recommend Derek because of his professionalism and transparency when quoting services.

I was referred to Aqua Therapy Tubs from a friend. Derek reached out right away and was able to give me a quote. Their pricing was less than the two other major brand names we received quotes from. Those two brands seemed more interested in talking negative about each other versus getting to our needs. We ended up going with Aqua Therapy Tubs and are super happy we did. We have a 20 year old special needs daughter and it has made bathing her so much easier and safer. Not to mention the rest of the family enjoys a good hot tub bath as well.

Aqua therapy responded incredibly quickly to my request for plumbing work on my shower. The staff are very friendly and walked me through the issue. They attempted to solve the issue the more affordable way first but the hard water at my house had done too much damage. I appreciated that they tried. All in all, the staff communicated well, worked efficiently, and did a very good job cleaning up. Plus the price point was super reasonable! I highly recommend this company.

Derek and his crew did a few projects at our house. While we didn’t have an Aqua Therapy tub, Derek helped us choose a new shower door and installed it. They did a great job. He also replaced a kitchen faucet. We asked if he could put tile on our front and back porch. We love it and continue to get compliments. The work was done as promised and done well. Derek is a truly good guy.

We needed our shower to be remodeled to be a walk-in shower for my parents and the work was stellar. The overall cost was much less than other estimates, and the work was done in just a few days. The staff is professional, and an added plus was Derek’s expertise working with veterans. In our case my father was eligible for a veterans grant to help pay for this endeavor and Aqua Therapy’s knowledge of the necessary paperwork was very much appreciated. Excellent work is always a plus, but people that are genuinely kind and care about their customers is an added bonus. Derek was so respectful of the house and my parents and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He was also honest about prices and displayed the highest integrity. My mom is extremely happy and I’m so grateful he put in safe bars for her.
