Bathroom Remodeler reviews in Phoenix, Arizona

Hi,
Firstly, I’d like to thank Derek for his professionalism and expertise on walking me through the VA process of securing the HISA grant.

Secondly, I would like give a special thanks to Matt and Sara, my shower installers. They were incredibly professional. They arrived on time, prepared and incredibly knowledgeable.

I was particularly impressed by Matt and Sara’s dedication. A situation arose that threatened to cause a delay in completion of the installation. Matt was so apologetic and showed empathy. He felt so bad that when he got back to their shop he not only found a temporary replacement part that allowed us to use the shower until the new part arrived, but he returned to my home, on his own time and installed it.. WOW!!! My wife and I are beyond amazed with their work, professionalism and commitment. We love our new shower and highly recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs.

I listened to 3 presentations given for having a walk in shower installed. I chose Aqua Therapy for several reasons, Derek Rogers owner of Aqua Therapy gave a concise presentation of what his company offered to accommodate my needs. Business appropriate behavior absolutely NO HIGH PRESSURE sales pitch. The workman that came to perform the work appeared clean and neat. They were there at the exact time they said they would arrive on each of the 2 day installation. They were hard working, leaving absolutely no mess. Each of these men were business appropriate in what they did, yet having a congenial and pleasing demeanor. I will be recommending them to anyone that might be thinking about having a walk in shower installed. Two key words I forgot to mention honesty and integrity, they were a walking breathing definition of those 2 words.

I recently had a bathroom shower remodel by Aqua Therapy Tubs. I used this contractor, Derick Rogers, to complete this work via a HISA grant through the VA for disabled veterans. The entire project was completed in a timely manner and executed professionally. It is not just stunning to see but functional for my disability needs. Just want to give a shout out to Derick’s team, Matthew and Derick, for the outstanding service provided. I highly recommend their services.

Professional. Quality work. Efficient. Strong customer service. Put Grab bars in our shower. Discussed and implanted. Would use for other bathroom improvements.

We had the most amazing experience with Aqua Therapy Tubs. We had a custom shower done and they were amazing. The guys showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly on the job. The tile work on the shower floor, shower walls, and walls of the bathroom is amazing along with the shower doors and fixtures they installed. The quality of the work is amazing! If I could give this company 10 stars I would!

Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem "too busy" to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

Derek and his team were outstanding. I highly recommend Aqua Therapy to anyone! They did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom. About a year later, when my smart toilet stopped working, Aqua Therapy took care of everything! Contacting the manufacturer, securing the replacement part, and reinstalling it seamlessly. I don't think many other companies would go beyond what Aqua Therapy does for their customers.

They did a great job in our shower and restroom in a short length of time. We appreciate Trevor and his assistant for the hard work they put into this project. We just now have to put on a fresh coat of paint when it’s all dry up. Thank you again for helping our veterans.

Aqua Therapy Tubs replaced our bathtub with a walk in tub , replaced the shower with a new enlarged shower, removed the carpet and replaced with new flooring, and replaced the toilet. Derek and his crew did an excellant job and the custom tile work was installed with incredible detail. Of three bids i received for the job Aqua Therapy Tubs was the lowest. Their work was high quality and the crew was professional. My wife loves the tub and uses daily . The shower is much larger than the original and I enjoy using the shower. I would recommend Aqua Therapy Tubs.

Derek and his crew gutted our master bath and installed our new barrier free enlarged shower. Derek made the process seamless and kept us informed of the entire process. Dereks crew was delightful and the details were spot on. Can’t go wrong with Aqua Therapy Tubs.

Derek and the guys from Aqua Therapy Tubs are wonderful. Derek returned my call about doing this job the same day I called. His workers just finished removing our tub/shower and installing a walk-in shower, toilet and new floor. They did an awesome job and it looks wonderful. The guys were always on time, they made sure to cover everything to keep the mess down and they were always very curteous and very proficient and they also let me take photos of the process. I would highly recommend them. SG

Derek was amazing. Very professional and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service and job done for my father.
They came in, covered everything up that could be hit by dust, worked, cleaned up!!!! And the returned the next day to finish and cleaned up again! The workers are very professional. They showed up on time and we felt comfortable to leave them in the home alone whilst out to Dr. Appointments.
I definitely recommend this company. They did the whole bathroom for my father through the VA for the grant amount and one penny more! 6800 you just can't beat and he specializes in VA bathrooms , so don't hesitate! CALL THEM NOW!
You WON'T be disappointed.

So very happy with finished product!!

Love how our shower turned out. Derek handled all of the VA paperwork for us and made the process very easy. Trevor and Matt did a great job on our install. They were friendly, professional and respectful of our needs. Bathroom was clean when they left.

We hired Derek Rogers and Aqua Therapy to redo our shower and bathroom floors. We were so lucky to have a trusted and professional crew. Derek worked with us on pricing and design. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished job. We highly recommend Aqua Therapy!

Thank you to aqua therapy, Derek and his incredible crew for my walk-in tub installation. It’s beautiful. I’m so excited to use it. Very knowledgeable staff great pricing. I will 100% recommend this to anyone thinking about getting one done for their home.

Derek was an absolute pleasure to work with. He took care of everything with the VA and made the whole project seamless.
The remodel crew was fantastic! Matt did a shower beautiful enough to be in a magazine. Trevor is a magician - juggling multiple things at once and getting everything just right. Lucas is such a hard worker you can never see him not in motion.
You cannot go wrong in working with this company. They truly do care and that is rare these days.

We're in our late 50s and wanted a walk-in tub. We had just built a new home, so things needed to be taken out and a new design installed. Derek came out and sat down with us and helped us understand what could be done and the cost, etc. He was so great to work with... his team was top notch and FAST! We ended up having him customize heavy glass shower doors to go above the walk-in tub. We love them. We couldn't be happier! You can't go wrong with Derek and Aqua Therapy. If it can be done, he'll find a way to get it done. And I really like the Ella brand tubs he sells. Have a great new bath or remodel. -Rob & Amy in Mesa, AZ.
