Outstanding Customer Service! These guys do it right!!!

Awesome staff, nice and friendly and try to tailer to the customers needs. Some good quality HVAC duct and one of the few places where you can find Spiral Duct up to 60"

Worst company!!! I called and got a quote for underground PCD piping. I made it clear I needed it within 10 days. They said they had the materials on hand to make the pipe but had a 5-7 day backlog of other work before they could start my order. They gave me a price and quote number. I called back a couple hours later, confirmed the order and gave them a credit card number. I follow-up a week later because to check on the order. They said the guy who took my order no longer works there, my order was never processed and with their current backlog they would not make my parts for another week. When I said I needed the pipe because I have a trench dug and an entire jobsite waiting their response was, "It would not be fair to prioritize my order." When I asked how this was my fault, they said that simply calling in my order and giving them payment was not enough. It is not their fault that THEIR employee did not complete the order. It is my fault because I did not get further confirmation of my order via a signed contract or I needed to follow-up sooner. Despite pleading with them, they will not do anything except process it as a new order. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars because of delays on the job.

The guys in the shop work hard and put out a great product. The shipping team is focused and on-time. The sales team in the office is friendly and helpful-- quickly returning quotes and processing orders for customers. The entire company works together to put the customer's needs first always.

Wow these guys make quality Duct work. Their turn around times are unmatched. Seems like a great company, the guys in the shop are always happy to help. I heard the owner even pays for the employees Health Care in full. Who even does that these days.. Amazing. 10/10 They have built a Customer for life. Thanks Omniduct!

This company charge me $626 just to come out to diagnose and yet they still couldn't find the reason that cause it. If you want want to get over charge then this is the company for you!

Watched one of their trucks, a black F150 with their yellow logo K on the doors drive very aggressively/dangerously this morning on US60. Running over 80, cutting others off, tailgating. Not sure if he was road raging from someone elae prior to passing me, but was creating a danger for all either way. Not a good way to represent a company.

The driver of van #62 on northbound I17 @ 6:08pm Friday 5/30/25 is a danger on the road. Weaving, speeding, changing lanes etc.

I had an a/c unit and water heater installed by Adobe and received OUTSTANDING service!!! I have lived in the valley for more than 40 years and I have dealt with my share of trades/services, but no one has treated me as well as Adobe. From start to finish the service, (and employees) were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The team arrived exactly at the time specified, began work immediately and completed the entire project in "HALF" the time I was quoted! I am truly pleased with the efficiency provided. I highly recommend Adobe, they are the BEST!!!

Very nice to work with. On time, workers were friendly, prompt and kept area clean and remove trash when finished. If I get the opportunity to redo my other bathroom I would have these guys do it.
