Harrison was a real joy to work with. He was great in letting me know what he was doing. He took many pictures to show what was happening in our attic area and explain why it was happening. Pictures of the exterior tile area and explain what was happening on the roof. His approach to talking to me about our roof condition was straight forward and he presented 3 great recommendations. They did a complete tear off and replaced my roof in two days. They left the job site spotless. I was not aware they provided this service as well, so I was really happy to hear they could help with this too. This speaks to the level of service Joe provides to his clients...truly impeccable.

Stonecreek has legacy customer service and integrity which is a rare find in modern contract hires. I highly recommend their service after they took extra time with our specific case that involved conflicting information from our solar provider on the costs association with panel removal/re-installation. This company has repeatedly knocked on my door, rang my door bell, left several business cards despite MULTIPLE no soliciting and trespassing signs as if my roof is caving in. I can assure you it is absolutely not, it's more than fine. Also it is 2025 for the love of God. When we're ready for a new roof we will find a company on our own! And it surely will not be this one.

I Recently had a person from StoneCreek roofing come by ring my bell and if that wasn't enough he then knocked several times of front screen which was very rude, and unprofessional. A young black guy attached my ring door bell caught all his unusual reactions. Beware of this company this guy.

We just had our roof completed by Stonecreek Roofing. It looks great and they were great to work with.
We had a few hiccups as jobs of this size do at times. However, they made it right and was fair on resolution.
Great job, great service and great staff. I highly recommend them and would use them again when in need.

Don't believe the good reviews you see. They literally harass you to leave good reviews when they are done. We have had the worst experiences with this company. Called them a year ago to come out and fix two leaks, one major leak in the front and a minor one in the back. Came out to review - said we needed to repair the shingles on the front and said we just needed a nail hole in the back sealed up where the flashing connected to the roof. After the repair, I went up to take a look at what they had done - there was a SECTION of loose tiles, globs of the stuff they use to glue things down everywhere, cracked tiles, no sealant where the roof hit a wall, didn't seal the small leak in the back, and they had to work around a conduit line, but instead of putting the plate back how it belonged (under the tile), they attempted to glue it to the shingles, which had already failed and was pulling away from the roof. Called back and told them they needed to come address these issues, which they did (mostly - they said they didn't need to seal where the roof hit the wall). A week later, they came to fix the inside using what appeared to be a different company. The repair to the drywall itself was good, however they were too lazy to cover the walls, so they over-sprayed the wall with the ceiling texture by about 2' all the way across the wall - there were giant globs putty on the door - white speckles all across the outside of the blue door. At this point, we were just happy to be done with them. Until 3 months later when we got our first rain and the leak was worse than before and followed their repair line. They tried to blame it on the roof conduit that had been there for 5 years, despite it being 3 feet to the left and 4 feet above where the leak was happening and said they'd have another person come look. Finally, a manager saw what I was saying after I literally measured it for them myself and agreed to redo the work. This time, the roof repair and inside repair were done much better - no complaints with it (except this time they agreed there should have been a sealant where the roof met the house and said that was definitely part of the problem). Again, we were just happy to be done with them... until 3 months later when we had the massive rain and the small leak in the back got significantly worse. Called StoneCreek to come back and take a look and they informed us that they could, but they likely wouldn't honor a warranty because they hadn't pulled tiles up to fix anything when we first brought it to their attention. We asked them to still come out and confirm anyway. On the day they were supposed to come, we get a phone call in the evening (after they were supposed to be there) saying they wouldn't be able to make it, but they would for sure come out the following day at noon. That was three weeks ago and we have not heard a single word from them.

I had a 22 year old roof and was concerned about possible damage due to monsoons and other rain. I called stonecreek and they got back to me shortly to set up an inspection. They had a price with warranty that was better then the other 5 companies I talked to. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry, he was amazing and always quick to respond when I had a question. The workers were fast and professional and finished in 2 days. They replaced my roofs underlayment and well as some broken tiles and concrete. It's such a relief to have it done and they even had financing which was very helpful. Makes this your first and only call.

This was a disaster. They created a very upsetting and unsettling situation for me. I had numerous crews at my building renovation. This was my only bad experience with a crew or company. They demolished stuff they were not supposed to. It cost me an extra $7k! They almost demolished new air conditioners on my roof that were never ever noted or discussed for demolition. Good thing I had another crew onsite that caught this. They got a code to the lockbox and it was not communicated to their crew for some reason. So my concrete guys showed up while their crew was trying to break into the building. They knocked loose a concrete mold specifically set for an industrial lift that was being installed. They tried to foam over rotted moldy wood with black mold (pictures attached). They tried to do this 3 times! They had com come back 3 times just for not checking inside the building to see if they had removed all the black mold infested wood. They did not finish part of the skylight/solar tube install and I had to borrow an extending ladder and actually finish that myself. That's correct, they argued with me about something they installed wrong. I read the directions. They in-fact did not do it correctly and left holes in my roof. I crawled up there bad back and all and finished it myself (before and after pictures attached). They left messes every day that my other crews had to clean up after. That should be construction 101, clean up after your mess. Don't leave it for a different crew. The worst part of all, they never took accountability for any of this.

I loved working with Al and Sarah. Super clean and very professional. Quality work. Great communication and solid people. I have personally seen them go above and beyond to satisfy their clients and would definitely recommend

Sarah on their team has been amazing getting our roof replacement schedule for both our shingle and flat surface. She helped us with the insurance company on our replacement and proper compensation. The roofing team did a great job!
