I am a father and more importantly, I wanted to make sure I hired a company that would be safe around my family I hired Stone Creek because they provided me a competitive price, they Background checked all of their roofers. There licensed insured and have no bad reviews with the BBB! I met with Sarah and she was able to help me with a my questions. Stonecreek Roofing did an amazing job on my new roof. After completion, I had a few minor finishing issues, but upon voicing my concerns, project manager Sarah quickly addressed them and sent over a phenomenal roofing specialist to complete the work to my satisfaction. Communication was great from salesperson Kinsey and Clarissa in the office as well. Responsiveness can sometimes be an elusive trait in contractors, but I found Stonecreek to be very willing to listen to concerns or needs and address them quickly. I am more than pleased with my beautiful new roof and am very happy that I chose this company for my roofing needs!

3 years ago I got my flat roof completely recoated. It's already crumbling in places!! It turns out they didn't property clean the previous surface and just dumped coating on it. It lasted just long enough to be out of labor warranty. You can see dirty previous coating in picture. This is a 100% preparation fail.

Great service, and prompt as can be! We needed our roof replaced after a few storms and overall just needed to be updated. A girl came out after hours to discuss the options. We even walked the neighborhood to compare how the shingles would look. The contract was short and simple and they really took care of everything with the insurance. The insurance initially only approved the front of the house but they worked out a deal to get it fully replaced. Once the check was issued they came by and followed up. I'm happy with the process and customer service I received.

Had water leaks in bedroom and master bathroom from 4-day rains. I decided to have all the back slope replaced instead of just repairing the problem areas. My house is only 1150 sq. ft. so it is a small house. It could be considered a little pricey for having only half of the house roof replaced. Cost was near $7,000. But, the roofers did an excellent job in about 5-6 hrs. Very nice , friendly crew who came “to work “!! Cleanup was great .

I recently had a great experience with Stone Creek Arizona Roofing. After getting several quotes to replace the underlayment and fix problem areas on my roof I ended up going with Stone Creek Roofing. Our house was built in 2000 and the roof was 23 years old. My initial interaction with Jerry R. who inspected my roof and provided the sales information I felt like was the most professional presentation and layout of the plan to address the problems of my roof. Some of the before pictures will show one area of greatest areas of concern where there was a huge Gap that when our house was built the roofers did not install a water barrier or a Valle in the crevice of the roof. This created a leak going down the inside of my walls. Stone Creek put an adhesive water barrier with the underlayment as well as the metal valley going all the way up to the ridge of the roof line. In addition to the normal tear and replacement process they replaced the very thin asphalt felt with a GAF 40-year underlayment replaced all the battens replaced any bad wood and replaced all of the vent appliances and repainted them. We are very pleased with how the bird stops and the metal drip edges over the wood fascia boards turned out. I had the great pleasure of working with Sarah and Sydney who were the Project Coordinators responsible for purchasing the materials and setting up the schedule for the project. Sydney and Sarah kept in constant contact with me and answered all of my questions during the project timeline and ensured that my concerns were addressed. They are honestly the nicest folks at Stone Creek Roofing. Overall, I'm very pleased with how the work was done. The communication during the course of the project and the final closure of all of the paperwork. We hated it to see Sarah drive off in her truck. Stone Creek Arizona has a great workmanship guarantee of 10 years and the underlayment I chose has a warranty of 40 years. From here on out I will be using Stone Creek Arizona for my roofing needs. One other thing to note about this company is that they are GAF Elite Certified, which means you will get the best quality for the money that you're paying to invest in your roof. If you're looking to have work done on your roof or to replace your roof I would include Stone Creek Arizona in your list of companies to review and provide an estimate for your next project.

Dad is 98 and lives in an assisted living facility in Scottsdale, so my sister and I have our hands full making sure Dad's house is in great condition prior to being listed for sale. They helped substantiate my insurance claim, and served as intermediary between me and the insurance company with respect to the claim. It all went very smoothly. Their crew did a proper job removing the old roof and installing the new in 2 days. Nate and Sarah both assisted me through out my roof replacement process. They were both amazing! Very informative and quick to respond. Nate even came out to place additional tarps during a monsoon.
