From start to finish Ram Jack is by far the best option for any type of foundation repair issues. I spent a lot of time calling 3 companies for estimates and information. After getting all 3 quotes Ram Jack offered the best price. They showed the integrity someone would look for on a project this large. They treated my husband and I with complete respect and they showed they cared about our home. They did everything they said they were going to do, and more. And did not skimp on anything or shortcut anything. Everything was done 100% the way they said it would be and they did not change the price after it was said and done. This was the most honest company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a particularly large job on our house and of there’s going to be a hiccup here or there. There was a contractor (porta potty) on our job that failed to deliver for Ram Jack and my dedicated project manager Andrew handled it with tact and made sure we weren’t charged for it. Andrew kept in contact throughout the entire waiting period and during the actual work days with the crews on the property, which I appreciated greatly. The 3 different crews that showed up were all in great spirits while working and genuinely seemed to be happy to help us save our house. Every little detail mattered to them, and the main foundation crew-Joey, Tommy, and Vince-I cannot thank you guys enough for how professional and knowledgeable you all are. Sarah and her crew, who did the epoxy also showed such care with our patio and to ensure there was no damage during that process. The last crew with David also displayed extreme respect and knowledge and when this job was done it was cleaner than before anyone had started. There are a lot of resources involved in something like this and Ram Jack handled it so smoothly, and everything went perfect. At least in my eyes as the homeowner! Also thank you to the engineers, the office ladies and their patience with scheduling as well. It just all went so well considering how much goes into this. Not to mention the peace of mind we get with their warranty. Please don’t waste your time or money on the other guys, I went out of my way to find the best company for this job and Ram Jack has my complete trust. Thank you so much for saving my family home!

From day one starting with phone call, then meeting Andrew who talked us thru process, explaining in detail what we could expect. We were always able to reach him if we had a concern. Also project manager Victor was easy to talk and kept us informed when any issues came up. So easy to communicate with everyone. We have only praise for other Victor who was supervisor for crew. They were hard working in difficult conditions with snow and cold as well as rain. Not withstanding working under house in a tight space for hours. We saw good team work. Which says slot about the company. Also thanks to Lee who gave us sound advice and checked out some concerns we had regarding our sump pump. HIGHLY recommend Ram Jack! Andrew Olson was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Most importantly the company was honest and that is I believe the best compliment you can give a business these days. The entire process was pleasant with no crazy surprises, they kept me informed and gave me an affordable option to meet my needs. The other company I called sent out a trained sales person who obviously worked on commission and could not answer all of my questions. The big red flag was when they said they were going to charge me to locate the utility lines, this is a free service offered by AZ811 aka Bluestake. I will recomend Ram Jack to everyone, do yourself a favor and give them a chance, you will not regret it. I wish I would have called them first and avoided two weeks of stress because of the misinformation I was given by the other company.

Brian helped us to know who to contact to repair the damage coating that our backyard patio has in different areas. He is very knowledgeable, understanding and attentive to costumers needs. We greatly appreciated his help. His customer service is impeccable!

Ram Jack of Arizona recently repaired a big crack in our foundation slab. They did careful, diligent work. They explained beforehand what the repair would entail. Even though they were cutting and grinding concrete, there was almost no dust! The repair only took a couple of hours, which helped our busy schedule that day. In addition to the repair, Brian Patrick helped us know what else we should do to keep from having similar problems in the future. We appreciate his expertise, and Ram Jack's professional work!

This review is about how Ramjack Arizona handled a serious utility incident—not the foundation work itself.

My experience with Ramjack Arizona raised serious concerns about their professionalism and accountability once an issue occurred.

During foundation work in October 2025, Ramjack’s crew struck a water line while excavating near the back pillars of my property in Mesa. On multiple occasions, a neighbor who routinely manages the community water main offered to shut it off safely. Despite this, Ramjack’s crew chose to handle the water shutoff themselves, without proper tools or coordination. After the initial repair, Ramjack restored water pressure and left the site. Shortly afterward, another underground pipe failed outside a neighboring property, resulting in street flooding. This failure occurred only after water pressure was restored and was later addressed by a licensed plumber.

What followed is where my concerns deepened:
1. Ramjack stated they did not operate the water main
2. Communication became delayed and inconsistent, with calls and messages going unanswered for extended periods
3. I was told the company was not responsible because the damage occurred outside my property
4. A representative later attributed the issue to “old pipes” while also stating they “do this every day.” For context, the community main is operated several times a year for scheduled repairs without prior incidents.
5. Most concerning, instead of working toward resolution, a Ramjack representative stated during a phone call that pursuing the matter could involve substantial legal costs. Shortly thereafter, a lien was placed on my home while the dispute remained unresolved.

Construction issues can happen. What defines a company is how it responds. In my experience, Ramjack Arizona chose denial and escalation over transparency and good-faith resolution. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to proceed cautiously, document everything carefully, and clearly understand how liability and disputes are handled.

If you are in need of a stem wall repair, RamJack is the company, due to their expertise, customer service, and fair pricing. I will say one other bid I received was double RamJack’s, so just be aware.

I want to thank Tim for his knowledge and honesty! I appreciate the time he took to answer all my questions and explain to me what needed to be fixed and how it would be done. What a great experience, since I’d never encountered a stem wall issue before!

I also want to thank David and his partner who did the repair for their outstanding expertise, efficiency, and for cleaning up the area perfectly after they were done!

Brian and his team did an excellent job on my stem wall issues. Originally had Brian out for a quote last year and then other expenses came up and had to postpone for a year. He honored his original quote and even came back out and walked the property again to answer questions again. The guys were prompt and on time to do the work and cleaned up, never knowing that they were there. When they took a break they texted to let me know so that I could let my dogs out. Very customer service oriented friendly professional and respectful!

Whichever driver comes from East Mesa (Baseline) drives like a maniac.
